They told me they'd be happy to meet me at my vehicle - approximately 7 miles away from my own destination and approximately 7 miles away from their location in Garden City - at 7PM. 7PM came and I called. Bill told me the driver was en route and to call him in 20 minutes if they had not shown. I was a little frustrated by this as we had schedule a time but I understand, things happen. 20 minutes came and went and I called Bill as instructed. He gave me the 20 minutes line again. I told him I was frustrated by their poor communication and lack of respect for my time. Bill didn't care or even offer an apology - he made excuses and I told him I would rather give my money to someone else. At 7:26 I called Boise Valley. At 7:58 I had paid their driver (says my card receipt) as he had my car loaded up and ready to go by that time.

As a 21 year old car, it has less than 150,000 miles and I love this vehicle! Ryan Miller explained everything needed for normal maintenance, aside from the oil change that I came in for. I appreciate his in depth and quick communication on what was going on. He offered to have an Uber take me home while I waited to pick it up, but I had someone close by - pick me up instead. Ryan gets a "5" star ! My complaint is with whoever did the oil change. The next morning I noticed oil under my car in my garage. The Element has never leaked oil. My husband checked under the hood and it appeared that oil had been spilled while being changed. The belt had sprayed it all over the under side of the hood, was dripping over a lot of the engine components and dripping onto the floor. There was no oil leak, but I could do a cleaner job of changing the oil myself! I take pride in taking care of my car. Most people who see it can't believe it is 21 (almost 22) years old. This is the first time in 21 years I have been disappointed with whoever serviced it. It also makes me question the rest of the work done that day and if/how well it was done.

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid This Shop…read more I took my 2023 Denali in for a simple repair after it was bumped in a parking lot on the bedside. I was told the repair would take about a week. Two weeks later, I went to pick it up and was shocked at the poor quality of work. The paint was awful -- the rocker panel wasn't even painted, there were runs in the clear coat, and the gravel guard looked completely different from the factory side. They agreed to fix it, but after another week, I picked up my truck and it somehow looked even worse. I was then told, "That's the best we can do, and if you want it to look good, you'll need to take it to another shop." This is the worst customer service and workmanship I've ever experienced. I would never trust them with a vehicle again.
