What I got was the opposite, they left the apartment dirtier than before! One cleaner showed up with her teenage son, who was shirtless and sitting in the middle of the apartment when we arrived. Despite charging me for 8 hours, they stayed for 4 hours stating it's a team of 2 professionals... When I returned after the cleaning, most of the apartment was UNTOUCHED including basics like the vanity or appliances! I brought this to their attention and they sent the team back but I wasn't there. I came back the next day to find a horrible smell, and the toilet had been used and left unflushed, with pee stains on it!!! Absolutely disgusting, the apartment was more unsanitary after their visit than before!!! I reached out to the company and their customer service rep Julie tried her best, but ignored my request for a refund. No response, no accountability. I paid almost $600 for this nonsense!!! SHAME ON YOU. AVOID this company at all costs, you'll spend more time cleaning up after them than before they came!

I was particularly impressed the last time I used them. They showed up around 3 pm, while it was still light outside. By 5 PM, it was already dark, and no lights on in the apartment. Unfortunately, when my last tenants moved out, they cancelled the electricity service. I arrived around 7 PM and found two ladies cleaning the apartment with flashlights. I didn't know how "deep" the cleaning would be using the flashlights. But when I came back in the morning, everything was perfectly cleaned. I can only say great things about their services.
