The workers varied from really nice and helpful to grumpy and appearing to hate their jobs. The place in general is a money pit, but I think you know that going into it. We happened to get in on a BOGO special. Otherwise the price seems crazy high. The roller coaster was one activity that seemed to be running very inefficient. It took forever for them to load the carts. They did jump workers around to different activities so everything isn't always open and the times posted didn't actually match up to when they were open.

That's when we found out that for $30 you could get one hour of free play on non ticketed games. We bought one card and were able to play the Walking Dead rail shooter, the entire campaign of the Halo rail shooter, and some Cruisin' to wrap up the night. It was a Friday night, so they were pretty busy but it's such a huge arcade that it really never is a problem. The staff were all super nice and made me feel welcomed. There is a pretty great selection of games at Tom Foolery. I do wish they had an NBA Jam style arcade machine or more "mature" games like Halo and Walking Dead, but beggars can't be choosers. If you've ever wanted to just be a guy and run through full arcade game campaigns, the Tom's Power Hour deal is absolutely worth it. I will be back one day to beat the Jurassic Park campaign. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time exploring the space and playing. They offer a variety of birthday party packages. I opted for the mid-tier package and rented out the whole space. The package I selected included goody bags, cupcakes, and decor which was nice; I appreciated having them handle that and they made good selections. While the space and ease of the preparations were wonderful, I felt a couple of things could've been better: 1. I had a lot of email back and forth with the party planner. She was responsive & answered my questions, but didn't provide much proactive information. It would've been nice to have a touch base phone call to go over final details and logistics the week before the party. 2. For the price I would've appreciated if they included atleast one add-on such as slime or crafts. 3. It is a very tight window - 1.5 hours with only 30 mins in the private room. I wish we could've had a total of 2 hours in the space so it wouldn't have felt as rushed.

The kids absolutely loved all of the animals and especially the pony rides! The people are friendly and very informative of the animals while the kids were petting them. They were able to set up wherever we wanted which was convenient and so exciting to have right in our backyard. They were quick to set up and to even put the animals away. This petting zoo is affordable and easy to contact and book. I highly recommend them if you are interested in booking a petting zoo. Thank you for making our son's first birthday a memorable one!

Was told the date I wanted to book was open only to be told it was double booked after they took my deposit. Afterwards the staff never returned any of my many emails, voicemails or calls. While I wanted to love this company, I unfortunately was extremely disappointed and out my deposit although I never breached contract and should have received a refund or at the very least a call back or email back. Terrible experience that almost ruined the event, gratefully I was able to find a replacement since I could never get El Rancho representatives to email or call me back after many attempts.

I was able to get to know owner Angelee and coaches Ashley, Brittany and a couple of other pleasant young ladies. They all are personable and professional! Amenities are clean and new. Parents can observe and watch everything not through windows or glass, which I think is a better idea. Location is pretty convenient. I like the schedule and their make up policy. They offer birthday parties and camps. And mainly they have so much patience for little ones.

Before our scheduled Super Wigglers class time we had to sign a waiver online which was pretty standard for most children's activities. Upon arrival, we were greeted and checked in, told to remove our shoes and place them in one of the many cubbies around the front foyer, and wait for our session to start. There is ample seating for waiting and for birthday parties! We were welcomed into the gym area and started our session with a small exploratory time. We were then asked to gather around the circle carpet for introductions and songs. My son was a bit shy at first but warmed up to the coaches very quickly! My son volunteered to do some tuck and rolls with the coach- showing the other children how to do it as well. After the demonstrations and introductory songs we moved on to open/explore time. There were large climbing structures, bars for hanging, a large trampoline, and various rings, swings, and things that the coaches rotated in and out to keep the children actively engaged. There were two other families in attendance - some more hesitant and some with some developmental differences but the session flowed very well and it seemed like all the children and parents really enjoyed their time! I think my son could move onto a bit more challenging of a class in the very near future but this was a wonderful tip toe in! The staff were very kind and welcoming- very encouraging and fun! When our session was coming to an end, we were invited back to the circle carpet for a small sensorial activity and goodbye songs. The tradition out of the gym went very smoothly with stamps that smell like fruit and a small candy on our way out. While we were putting our shoes on, I noticed the coaches already cleaning and sanitizing the surfaces! It was very nice to see the cleaning take place! The pricing is fairly average compared to other kids' gyms. There are discounts on parties, parents night out, and open gym when you have a monthly membership so those perks definitely outweigh some other kids' gyms in the area. We do plan to sign up for a monthly membership- especially because it makes open play cheaper as well! Win win!

The place is pretty dirty overall and the foam pits honestly smell like vomit. It also gets extremely overcrowded and safety definitely feels secondary here. There's no real checkin or check out process, no security, and it would be very easy for a kid to wander off if you're not paying close attention. Definitely keep your eyes on your kids at all times. Despite all that, it's still a pretty fun place for kids and mine always enjoy themselves. One thing I really wish they had is a dedicated area for smaller kids between ages 0-2. Right now you basically have to keep them in a stroller or carry them the whole time because there's nowhere safe or appropriate to put them down. Overall, fun for the kids but parents should come prepared for a chaotic and not so clean environment.

Check-in went smoothly, the party room was appropriate, and cleanliness was acceptable. The first hour went well. We did experience some logistical issues. The drink tickets included in our package were not initially provided, and we had to request them three separate times before they were distributed. While beverage controls are understandable, repeatedly following up for items already included in a party package that represents a substantial financial commitment felt unnecessary. The more significant issue involved a piñata. During the week prior, we confirmed with two staff members that it would be allowed as long as we cleaned up afterward. We even completed a walkthrough of the space to ensure it was appropriate. Based on that guidance, we proceeded. If bringing a piñata ultimately violated policy, that is completely fine, we would have respected that immediately. The issue was not the rule. The issue was how it was handled. When the general manager (I believe her name Jeanine, can remember) entered the room, the approach was confrontational and escalated quickly. What should have been a calm clarification became unnecessarily tense in front of our guests. Clear internal alignment and professional communication would have prevented this. Policies can be firm, enforcement should still be measured and customer-focused. For an event involving 29 guests and a substantial financial commitment, more consistent communication and stronger customer-facing management training would be expected. The children still had fun, but several guests commented on the management interaction. We hope corporate reviews communication practices and oversight at this location. TL;DR: Party logistics were mostly fine, but inconsistent policy communication and a confrontational management response turned a simple issue into an unnecessary escalation. For a substantial financial commitment, better communication and management training are needed.
