It's geared towards younger kids and not a huge trampoline establishment. You can bring your own food and decorations and the employees will help you set up. They were very accommodating by allowing the family to reserve the whole place after hours which is great because the bday boy and some of his guests were special needs. Great option for a family with young children.

The staff is awesome, very vigilant. My little tattoo had rubbed off and they had me show pictures of my nephew to make sure he was leaving with the right person! Safety is the #1 priority of the staff, they are always watching to make sure the kiddos are playing safely while the parents sit and take a breather! The staff is never just sitting around, they are always doing something to help things run smoothly. The owner is super nice and you can tell he cares and takes pride in his business! 5 stars definitely recommend taking your kiddos here to burn off some energy! Will be taking my niece back soon!!

Upon entering we were greeted, paid ($25 for play, $5 arcade, slice of pizza, socks and a drink), stamped, and let in. The play space was jammed pack! Full of children and parents. All along the walls are large black chairs for parents to sit and watch their kids. I'm not gonna lie. This place is a lot and I wouldn't recommend this place to parents/ guardians younger than 4-5 y/o. It's hard for adults to see their kids unless they are in the "playground" with them. Which can be tight and awkward. All in all it's okay.

As a past student of Grappling Zone I can confirm this establishment was... odd. I stayed for 5…read moreyears at first it was fun and enjoyable, but it soon became frustrating and downright uncomfortable. They hired people (mainly males) that made me and multiple other children feel uncomfortable, so I do believe they do not look into who their staff may really be. I was also groomed I'd prefer to not get into details but there was a much much older child who I now realized actually groomed me and my friends and was extremely inappropriate with us. Not to mention later on he was not even allowed in the restroom unsupervised because he had apparently asked multiple extremely young boys if he could suck them off.Now that me and my friends from there look back we realize that we were put in a unsafe environment. Not to mention the owners aren't exactly the best. In summary it was a good place but no longer is. I would not recommend sending your child and putting them through the same hell we went through. When I look back on the memories truth be told I am frustrated that the establishment was let go and that they allow things like what I've stated to happen. I hated that place and will never go back. P.S. You may notice there are many 5 star reviews well one thing to take notice of is that all of the good reviews are from a long time ago because as I states before this place is much different now than it was then.
