What an interesting place! We were looking for place to kill some energy and this was the perfect…read moreplace. Upon entering we were greeted, paid ($25 for play, $5 arcade, slice of pizza, socks and a drink), stamped, and let in. The play space was jammed pack! Full of children and parents. All along the walls are large black chairs for parents to sit and watch their kids. I'm not gonna lie. This place is a lot and I wouldn't recommend this place to parents/ guardians younger than 4-5 y/o. It's hard for adults to see their kids unless they are in the "playground" with them. Which can be tight and awkward. All in all it's okay.

Usually love this place, great pricing and safe space to let your little ones play. I however was…read moreseverely disappointed with the staff this afternoon (5/23/26 @4:00PM) As I would have hoped this staff was aware, they are working in an environment of children, small children to be specific. I watched a mother trying to aid her child who had just had an accident. (peed at the front steps of the first play area) This mother asked not one, but THREE staff members for either napkins or some sort of wipe to clean her child and the play area up. Why did the staff find it appropriate to stand behind the front desk giggling in this mother's face about her child peeing? Not only did they not help this mother get any form of paper towels, but they felt the need to also gossip about this to the other staff members that passed by... the only person I saw actually attempt to clean the area in a timely manner was a young man in a blue and red flannel. Luckily I had some baby wipes on me and was able to give these to the mother to clean her child up. I am severely disappointed with today's staff and I hope the manger at minimum speaks with them about their unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

I really wanted to love this place. I have 3 kids I wanted to enroll in gymnastics here, but after…read moregoing to open gym, I am going to look elsewhere. Here were the problems: 1. $10 for an hour of play is pretty steep. It should be $10 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours. But then they made the kids stop playing and put their shoes on when there was still 5 minutes left to play. This was especially frustrating because the price is already pretty high. 2. They divided the kids up into a baby room and a kid room, and the rooms are completely separate. This made it unnecessarily difficult for those of us with a kid in each age group and limited my ability to interact with my kids in this space. When I asked if I my 3 year old could stay in the kid room if I was there I was no a very stern NO. 3. They kept telling the little kids they could only jump on the trampolines going one direction. Which would make sense if there were other kids waiting to use the equipment or it was a structured play time. But that wasn't the case, and the unhelpful and bossy employees were annoying. 4. My younger child kept falling on the trampoline and when I got on the trampoline to help him and show him how to bounce I was told I wasn't allowed on any of the equipment. So I wasn't allowed to help my child have a safe and enjoyable experience. It was frustrating. 5. My older child came to me at the end frustrated that the employees wouldn't help the kids use the equipment in the larger kid area and that the employees were really bossy. I wasn't in the big section, so I didn't see this first hand, but it was consistent with what I saw in the little kid section. We won't be going back.

They lost a star for closing over Spring Break, which is exactly when my daughter needed her class to get out of the house. Also, they do birthday parties, but they don't have enough slots for demand. My daughter requested her bday party here and even though I called 3 weeks ahead of time, they didn't have any openings that weekend (the weekend after Spring Break was over). Bummer.

Attending a children's party. Room was available late due to the previous party not exiting on time…read more(this pushed everything back.) place seemed short staffed as all of the trash cans were full. The party host seemed absent. There weren't any staff members supervising on the jump floor. They have a slide but no one monitors the slide mats so you just have to wait on a kid to get tired. Also, they don't show the astros games. Overall, for the price, I wouldn't come back unless invited to a party. There are 3 other jump facilities in the area that have a better value.

Then when asked to speak to a manager about this, some kid is sent over, claimed to be the manager, asked their name and they refused. Asked them where it said you had to have their branded socks, claimed it was in waiver. Have looked at the waiver and that person LIED. Since we already had grippy socks on but not theirs they kicked us out after we had already paid. Also the other times we had been so many of the things there were broken or not in proper working order either. Will never recommend this place to anyone ever with their rude workers. Manager never responded back when asked. Corporate doesn't respond back to either emails, website or phone calls. Nothing but a cash grab to get in on the trend of indoor trampoline venues.

My daughter had been looking forward to coming here all week during Spring Break. We arrived and…read morethere was large party in the private area but just a few customers on the walk in side. I went to the counter to see what we needed to do, and the young lady was checking out customers and an older gentleman was also behind the counter with her. A younger man also walked up behind the counter as we were standing there. No one offered any information or assistance as we stood there to the side. I eventually asked her if we needed to do anything specific since we were just standing there to the side and she said "oh, sorry! I thought you were with the large party." She gave us instructions to select our pieces and then have a seat and someone would be with us to do the next step. We selected our items and had a seat. The two gentlemen were still around the counter or back and forth to help other customers with paint, etc. I made eye contact with both of them and they both turned away at several engagements. After about 8-10 minutes of no one coming to our table, my 9 year old looked at me and said, "Mom, I feel like no one wants to help us, and they've seen us sitting here for a while." WOW. An experience I NEVER want my child to have. We put our pieces back carefully, and left. I hate that was her experience especially because she was really looking forward to it, and there aren't many opportunities like this in our area, but I won't bring her back to be ignored.
