Negar took care of everything during the planning process. She helped answer all of my crazy questions and when I say all, I mean I easily had 500 of them! Not once did she sound frustrated or annoyed. Her patience, organization, and customer service were truly amazing. On the day of the party, we had the pleasure of working with Karine, Ferhat, and Leslie, and they were all fantastic. Their patience and kindness with the kids and families were beyond appreciated. Karine is incredible with children and also knows exactly how to handle parents and families. She immediately helped ease the stress and anxiety of a mom like me who had a lot on her mind. She was also great at delegating tasks and making sure everything ran smoothly. Leslie and Ferhat were equally amazing with the kids and families. Ferhat even helped us bring all the gifts to the car and moved around like the Energizer Bunny getting everything done so quickly! Ball N Bounce isn't just like a second home for me, they truly made the experience of throwing a birthday party for a child with special needs feel comfortable, joyful, and completely stress-free. The only thing I don't love is that the seating area/eating is behind a wall so you can't sit down and watch your kids at the same time. There were some kids doing things like climbing up the slides when other kids were trying to go down and no parent was in sight to help reel them in. There's also virtually no seating in the play area for adults. Myself and a few other parents were sitting on the floor. Also, it is kind of pricey. Entrance fee is comparable to other places ($25) and it is for an unlimited amount of time. However, I bought a small bag of chocolate mushrooms for my son to snack on and it was $3. This was the size of a snack bag you would get in like a Costco multipack. Party prices are some of the most expensive I have seen at an indoor play place. Highly recommend bringing in your own food and drink! The staff was nice and they did a decent job checking in and making sure kids weren't doing stuff that was unsafe. We were there on August 9 starting around 11:00 AM, so management is more than welcome to check the security camera footage and see exactly what happened. Two boys, approximately 7-8 years old, were running around the entire playground bothering other children. They were kicking and pushing kids, making faces at them, calling them names, and refusing to let other children play with the toys while saying things like, "This is all mine." And what did the playground staff do about it? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They were completely indifferent to what was happening right in front of them. The parents of these children seemed equally unconcerned. What exactly is the point of having employees at a CHILDREN'S playground if they are going to stand there and ignore children being kicked, pushed, insulted, and bullied? This was our first visit, and it will absolutely be our LAST. We seriously regret wasting our time and money coming here just because we wanted to check out a new playground. Never again.

Melissa and Olya make Pilates welcoming (though it gets hard real quick, trust me). They explain the moves as you go, and can provide several options depending on your needs. I have a bad knee, tight hamstrings, questionable balance... I never felt judged. 2. Great studio. It's small! There are no mirrors! It's bright and cheerful. I'd rather be surrounded by warmth and rainbows when trying something challenging than seeing my mirror image struggling to keep up. They have a range of equipment and everything seems well maintained. 3. Kid friendly, family friendly. They offer kid classes, which I'm interested for mine to try. I think their pilates kids program is one of a kind, and they can work with a wide range of ages. There's an area where kids can hang out if you need to bring them during your session. Notes for others: 1. Parking: Street (metered) parking on weekend mornings isn't difficult, and there are spots in the back. This is an area that might be busier during the week or evenings. We go at times that aren't super busy. 2. Semi-private classes: While it may be out of reach for some people, I recommend trying at least one or two... especially if you're unfit and aren't sure if pilates is for you. Before SolPop, I found Pilates really intimidating to get started in because I had no idea what I was doing and everything felt wrong. I've had a really great experience so far in learning the different forms at SolPop and feel a bit more confident... still wrecked after each session, but at least I'm not injuring myself :)

As the activity went on, she introduced other bubble making tools like a rope. Each new item captivated the kids. In particular, a few of the kids were timid at first. I thought the lady was very kind and encouraging. All of the kids warmed up to her and took part with the bubbles. I was happy to see some adults getting in on the fun as well. And even some parents teaming up with the kids to try to make the biggest bubble possible. It was a ton of fun all around. At the end, everything was cleaned up and taken away.
