We were told they would take care of all design, and that they had large crew to help at the event. A month out, they wouldn't return calls. Had to have someone else call them to get a response. They finally responded and said they'd be there. We were sent a text message canceling the night before our event. People were asking if we were going to have shirts to sell, we had to continually tell them no. This was our first competition, and we'll never have an inaugural one again...this company had little regard for the inconvenience they caused us. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever encountered. If They have a large staff, as stated, then they should have been able to fulfill their commitment they made with us.
