When I needed a veterinarian, I called Northland and I was told on an outgoing voicemail message that Barry Road was the new provider. I called Barry Road and made an appointment for my dog who had an abrasion and needed care. Without my authorization, they did a round of vaccinations and I incurred some other expenses without my prior knowledge or approval. My bill was well over $1200. They treated it like a first patient exam, without any confirmation that that was my request. The staff never introduced themselves and I could not tell who was the veterinarian and who was staff, and it was very awkward in the space. I did not feel like I was being listened to as the pet owner. I cannot recommend them.
