We handled the animals with such gentle compassion even though they had moved on over the Rainbow Bridge. There was nothing we would not do to make a customer feel anything less than comfortable and like part of our family. The office is staffed with wonderful ladies and the guys that run the cremations and or burials are excellent and gentle and kind as well. They have such a large variety of keepsakes, urns, caskets, jewelry, earth friendly burial options the list goes on. The owners Nancy and Gary Piper are nothing short of the biggest animal lovers I've ever met. They are so good at what they do because it comes from there heart and that is so important when choosing the after life care for your fur babies. There is nobody I would trust more. When I was working there my baby doll Lewey a domestic medium hair cat passed, Chris sat in the receiving room with my young son and helped him draw a picture for Lewey to take with him to the Rainbow Bridge and he saw great comfort in that. There was no rush in anything. It was like family all there to comfort us it helped the grieving process tremendously. I am sadly no longer in Kansas City, I had to move but if I ever find my way back I will hope to come to a job opening because my heart lies within the pet cemetery business! And if not, I will be driving 660 miles to make sure my 2 cats get the best care they can when they see there last days because I know without a doubt we will be welcomed with open arms and the animals will receive the utmost care with dignity and respect.
