The 360 degree view is stunning with Torre dos Clérigos on one side, University of Porto, and old buildings on the remainder. Kids, dogs, old and young will enjoy this stop. Don't expect to get an especially warm welcome here. After coming here an endless amount of times, I have yet to receive warmth. I was so excited to go to Base after doing a ton of research online but as our luck would have it, it poured rain the whole time we were in Porto. They were closed so we didn't get to have a drink here. All of the tables are outdoor so try and hit it on a nice day if you can. Hopefully I can try it someday!
