Tacos are always good and fresh! The red sauce is just enough of spice. The meat is always flavorful

If you're looking for an authentic taste of Puerto Rican food with that true New York flair, look…read moreno further than this incredible food truck. The owner is a NY'er, but is now blessing North Carolina with its flavors, this truck brings the best of Puerto Rican street food right to the South! Every bite immediately transports me back home, the smells, the seasoning, the textures, it's all spot on! You can really tell that the recipes are rooted in tradition and love, with that extra NY edge that makes it even more special. From the perfectly seasoned pernil to the crispy tostones and the mouthwatering chicharron de pollo!Everything I've tried is full of bold, unforgettable flavor. This food truck doesn't just serve meals; it serves memories. For anyone who's ever missed the taste of Puerto Rican food the way it's made in New York, this is the real deal. It's comfort, culture, and pure sabor all rolled into one! I highly recommend, this place is a little piece of home on wheels!! Will most def be back to sit with my fam and enoy this delicious food! Thanks Rican Redneck! 5 Stars!

This food truck was at Pour 64 in Mint Hill on a Saturday night. I saw someone with the Jibarito…read moresandwich and I decided to put in an order. It comes on two fried plantains and oh my goodness it was better than I could have imagined! The pork was amazing and it was a great combination of flavors. The staff was also very friendly. I'll definitely keep an eye out for where they go next!
