I was ordering for my pregnant sister and seems like they can't even get a simple order right. They lack an organized system to keep track of who orders what. In my opinion, the quality of food in the DreamMore and HeartSong resorts as well as Dollywood is well above par and the service is excellent. We've always had great experiences at Dollywood and the resorts. The staff are friendly, kind, and accommodating. The cost of everything at Dollywood is significantly less expensive than what we pay when we go to Disney World, and to be honest, I feel more relaxed at Dollywood. If you've never been to Dollywood, I strongly recommend that you give it a chance. In fact the whole Pigeon Forge area is a great experience and enjoyable time. Plenty of things to do with the family. Our kids love the whole Pigeon Forge area and love the Dollywood resorts. We're considering signing up for their annual memberships and we don't even live in the area.

Their menu selection is somewhat limited when it comes to breakfast however, they do have a lot of pastries and this is the place to get your cinnamon bread if you wish to avoid getting it in the theme park itself and dealing with lines. The cinnamon bread is baked fresh daily and it can be heating for instant consumption or wrapped in foil for later. It comes with a cup of soft margarine and sells for $12.95 plus tax. The cinnamon bread does sell out quickly so if you want to insure getting a loaf then place an order the day before for the next day and prepay for it. This way you can pick it up at your convenience. The DM pantry has a refrigerated grab and go section complete with sandwiches, salads, fruit cups, breakfast parfaits and of course bottled beverages. Snacks are also available to purchase. The big headliner here is pizza and ice cream. You can order whatever style and size you want of the pizza. They will take your cell phone number and text you when it is ready. Outside the pantry is set up tables and booths to eat at or you can go outside and sit out on one of the rocking chairs on the patio. We ordered pizza twice here during our trip and needless to say it was very good. It should also be noted that they have two microwaves here. Since your room does not provide you with one this is the only place you can microwave your leftovers or anything else you may have that needs heated. Discounts are available if you are a gold pass holder. Located near Pokeberry Lane in Dollywood's Dreammore resort.
