The food was mediocre at best. Hamburger looked and tasted like a frozen patty was thrown on the griddle with no seasoning whatsoever, absolutely no flavor. The chilled 1/2 pound of shrimp that was supposed to have been seasoned with old bay spice looked and tasted like chilled unfrozen cooked shrimp straight out of the bag was placed around the plate with the old bay seasoning in a tiny sauce bowl on the side for sprinkling. We were expecting something similar to bubba shrimp dish, very disappointing. Then the bill came and a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill and we were presented with an additional suggested tip of 7% or more. So, unless you are liquored, up I would steer away from this place. Just because it's on or near the beach doesn't make it worth the money. This place will be on my no go places for us. read more

Visited this evening with two senior citizens (one with very limited mobility and uses a walker), two adults, and one preschooler. Overall we had a good night. Food was good and the staff were all amazing. We got in maybe around 4:30p thinking we try to hit an early dinner before it got busy, especially since the 4 yo is really 50/50 at restaurants. We got in just in time because a storm hit, and they got slammed inside. Parking- This restaurant has VERY limited on property parking, and on property still isn't super close. Our one member has handicap parking and there is none there. We completely lucked out getting something "close" in the side lot. Be prepared for street parking (90 minute) or lot parking (parking app). I also suggest when traveling from the north to actually aim more south when having to turn up the one way, it gives you a little more time to look for parking. If you turn at Minuteman Cswy like your directions app will prompt you, you'll miss a good chunk of parking. Host Station- Super friendly and accommodating, we had a larger person in our party and can only fit/sit in some chairs (aka plastic, booths, high tables). Thankfully they had decent seating inside and we could make it work. There is a decent walk from the parking lot, to host station, to seating area. While it is wheelchair friendly (ramp) it's a long walk for those with limited mobility. Also, please be cautioned the inside seating area has slipper flooring, which only got more dicey when it started rainy and people were tracking in water. Staff- Everyone was great. As mentioned it started out as a slow earlier dinner, but a storm ended up slamming the place. Kudos for management for equipping that place to run like a machine. Tons of staff that all worked really well together. They are clearly used to getting lots of patrons and run an amazingly efficient ship. They had what seemed like three host, so while one was sitting one table, another staff member could get right with the next party. They had tons of runners and clearing help on top of their servers and bar tenders. Our server (Justin) was extremely chatty and friendly during the slower time, and maintained a connection while managing MANY tables at once. Kids- So one of the reasons we picked the place was because it kept popping up on lists of places to eat that were kid friendly. While everyone was great and the surroundings were friendly, they didn't have a color sheet/crayons, etc. Our server, again was a champ, and gave our 4 yo two of his pens and grabbed some blanket receipt paper, but just come prepared with something for the little ones. Again, for what they were working with, they staff did great, but in 4 yo time, it was still a long time to sit (but then again, so is 30 seconds haha). Food- Started with some apps... got bacon wrapped shrimp (3) and scallops (2) and coconut shrimp (6 or 8?). Were they worth $15 each... I don't know, I've had a hard time answering this since COVID, but I guess seems on par with beach and tourist prices. Meals for the night included Mahi Reuben, Black and Zola Burger, Jalapeño Mahi, Turkey Wrap, and 1/2 lb cocktail shrimp (as a meal for the kid). Portions were all good, everyone left satisfied, but not uncomfortably stuffed, which was nice. I would actually highly recommend the shrimp for an app though, they were good and came with a really nice butter dipping sauce. Photos- There is a staff member who will walk around taking photos of the table. While I did realize too late that they would be for purchase (I would have declined the photographer so I wasn't wasting their time), I was still taken by how expensive they were. I would have maybe considered purchasing one in a more reasonable price range since we rarely have printed group photos, but $20 for a 5x7 (ish) and $40 for three printed photos and one of those paper folder things was absurd to me. Out or curiosity and commemorative photo as Disney is $20 for an 8x10, and for $20 you get a day of photos at the space center. No disrespect to the photographer, as she was super friendly and engaging, but that price point is a real turn off. Again, the whole night was a good time with good food and good people, I just wanted to point out some tid bits for those seniors and small children in your groups. read more

This is one of our favorites places. When ever our family from out of state come in town, This is the place we go for lunch or dinner. What can I say, We have never been disappointed here. The service is outstanding, I've never had bad service here. The staff is amazing. The Ambiance, you can't beat the view. Outside on the deck. The ocean is right their, great bar overlooking the beach. And with all that, the food is amazing. I've had a lot of things on the menu, all are great. I would have to say the fish & Chips are probably the best I've ever had. This thanksgiving weekend we came with the family, nine of us on the deck. I had the Mango Mahi. Heyyyyyyy you guys! This place is always a blast! Nick was our server and he did an amazing job, his recommendations were total hits, great personality and quality service. Coconuts is always a beachfront experience, tiki decor, we didn't have a wait, tables were moving smoothly. For lunch we opted for the tuna starter and the shrimp and bacon scallops! 10 out of 10 for both!! Then we ordered the Mahi Reuben, fish and chips and lastly the poke nachos-all was fresh and full of flavor. Came here while spending the day in Cocoa Beach. The hotel we were staying at suggested we go here. Upon entering we were greeted by friendly staff and a BEAUTIFUL VIEW. We were seated at the patio and started off with chips and dip. Then ordered the French onion soup (soooo good) Southwest wrap, and sweet chili wings. Everything that we had was delicious. The location of this place can't be beat! Right on the beach! Tiki bar positioned for a nice breeze, all kinds of frozen drinks on tap and creative drink options. I ordered the seared tuna over a garden salad. I like my tuna rare and they did not disappoint, just barely searing the seasoned tuna leaving pink tender flesh perfectly rare and super tender. It was obviously a fresh piece of fish. The salad too was a good mix and very tasty. The service was great, even after my check was delivered the server returned and took my order for another drink. She was great, super friendly and pleasant. There was even a photographer going around snapping shots and will sell you the prints for $30-40. It was raining when we came here for dinner so we ate inside . The restaurant is decorated fun & they have good music playing . There is seating outside that over looks the beach . It would have been fun to sit there if the weather would have been better . We got here early & got right in . Usually they have a wait . We ordered the coconut shrimp & shared a sweet potato fry . The coconut shrimp is so delicious . It's crispy & sweet & the shrimp is not dry at all . They are pretty big . It comes with 5 shrimp with a coconut curry sauce . This sauce is amazing ! For our last day in the area, we went back to this favorite of ours! We lucked out and got the table next to the rail overlooking the beach. The open deck is very pleasant on a nice day. Our waiter was Chasson, who was absolutely great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was on top of service, even though he had several tables. I had blackened chicken alfredo, which was good. My husband had shrimp, which he thought was some of the best shrimp he's had in a while. We also tried the creamy jalapeño sauce with chips and it was really good. This place is SO GOOD! Not only do you have the most perfect view while eating outside, but their food and drinks are fabulous! We have been going here for years and every time we go there it is great. We went there a week ago and it was extremely hot, we walked there and I was just not able to cool down and thought I was going to pass out. I went inside where they have more tables and sat down just trying to cool down. A waitress came up to me and I figured she was going to tell me I needed to go back to my table outside, but much to my surprise when I told her what I was doing in there she went and got me ice water and told me to take my time and cool down.
