From there, I was taken to a cozy, quiet and cool shared space where the had me lay back on a reclined bed / seat. The combo focused on my arms, shoulders, neck, head, forehead, legs and feet. I believe they'll also massage your stomach but I specifically asked them not to due to a recent abdominal surgery.
