After split, another vendor at the booth set to the hard work of scrapping out the flesh-- that beautiful, gelatinous, tender, young coconut flesh. They offer smoothies for every aspect of your healthy journey which consists of post and pre workout creations. If you're not a smoothie freak then they provide pre-packaged protein pancakes, pound cakes and healthy snack bars from Anabar, IQ and Clif. I ordered a Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie for $7.00 which was blended up and served cold. No chunky protein here, just smooth chocolate bliss with a perfect peanut butter kick. The smoothie tasted better than the normal commercialized shops.

So it was a typical Miami day, 8000 degrees out and I got some of this Fresh Coco. The owner pours me a cup with a dash of cinnamon. I didn't expect it to taste like unicorn blood! It was amazing! You're asking yourself, "what is it? Why is it amazing?" I don't truly know how to explain it. It's, from what I'm told, several different coconuts milk along with the pulp. Then it's frozen in one of these things, poured, garnished with cinnamon and BOOM! Liquid love. It's sweet, creamy, and refreshing. No other way to describe it. For the simple fact of Fresh Coco, I'll go back to the farmers market. It's a bit of a trek but it's that good! If you go, try it, and can honestly tell me that it's super gross, and not one of the best things you've tasted, heck, I don't know what I'll do but post up and maybe an angel will cry!

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by a pleasant male employee who was very knowledgeable about the products and its health benefits. For $9 I have my choice of a warm cup of tea and a meal replacement shake. I decided to try a pomegranate tea with cranberry aloe and a banana pina colada shake. My friend had tropical twist. To be honest, when I watched both the tea and shake being made with just water and powder, I feared I wouldn't like it. I took a sip of the tea first. It was warm and with no sugar added, was lightly sweet. I could taste the blend of the pomegranate and cranberry. I tried the shake next, which was made very thick. Definitely had that pina colada taste. A few minutes of sipping on the shake and I was feeling full instantly (f.y.i. - the shake kept me full for at least 3-4 hours until I ate something).
