Thank you again for the great customer service. On that note, after reading a few of the comments, it reminded me of a time that I had taken my two yorkies in the store to get a bag of dog food (yeah, the big one) and the cashier at the time didn't offer help take it to the car. The reality is I shouldn't have those expectations for help. If I needed help, I should ask when it's not offered. Lesson learned! IMO there needs to be consistency in providing good customer service.

    This rating is purely a reflection of their dog washing area, which has dropped off a cliff over…read morethe last couple of years while the cost to the customer has increased. -The floor is always drenched with water pooling in certain areas, and globs of dog hair swimming around in the water. - The tubs have dog hair on the walls and clogging the drain. - While the hoses have been recently replaced, one of the tubs doesn't have a place to secure the hose, and there are other issues like broken sliding doors, missing leashes, broken step-ups, etc. - The towels are so ratty you will leave covered in white fibers. - It's just gross in there. I'd love for them to put a protocol in place for keeping this space cleaner. I imagine some customers are very inconsiderate and don't clean up after themselves, but that shouldn't be a problem for the next customer. For example, after each customer leaves the cleaning room, a staff member could go in, sanitize, wash the walls, put the equipment back where it belongs, squeegee the floor. I can't imagine Pet Supplies Plus wants the liability of someone slipping on standing water...? This process would only take 5 mins and I'm sure most customers would be totally fine with the wait rather than dealing with the mess. I know this is harsh, but I've been going to this location for years and will not return once I use up my current dog washing card (prepaid).

    Pets Hotel Review: I…read morehad an extremely poor experience at this most recent stay. My dog was in the Pet Hotel from Thursday May 21 to Monday May 25. When I picked him up this morning he was COVERED in fecal matter. I was told when I went to get him that he relieved himself in his suite and then sat in it. So his paws would be a little stained. When I got him in the car I realized he was absolutely covered on his feet, behind his leg and up his hip. He looked awful. My dog has been boarded many times including this location and this has never occurred. He does not have accidents at home. This tells me that the staff is NOT properly relieving animals like they should be during their stay. Why was he even returned to be in this condition. Why didn't they clean him, or get him bathed. Why didn't they call me and tell me it happened and asked if they could bath him. Additionally he was a bundle of nerves. Again, for an experienced boarded dog he has never behaved this way. When I got him outside, we spent over 5 minutes while he continuously tried relieving himself and shaking. I do not know what occurred during his stay, but there is no way I could ever leave him here again.

They showed so much compassion and empathy for our situation and did everything they could to make him comfortable. The world needs people like Joey and the beautiful woman at the front desk. I was a mess when I came in after trying to find a grommet who'd take him. And they not only made his experience amazing but they helped me mentally while going through this process. We have two other dogs and we will only be bringing them here. When people care for your babies as their own it's hard to find... we found that here.

    I brought my dog to Woof Gang for the first time today for a grooming appointment that included a…read morebath, tooth brushing, and nail clipping. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and I arrived 15 minutes early to check in. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a cashier who informed me that they could take my dog in right away. Before leaving, I asked how long the grooming would take, and the cashier told me it would be "around an hour." Based on that estimate, I returned to the store at 4:10 PM to pick up my dog. I approached the same cashier and asked for an update on how much longer it would be. She went into the back, presumably to check, and returned to tell me it would be "around 45 more minutes." I reminded her that I had been told the process would take about an hour. In response, she explained that "big dogs take around one to two hours," which was not mentioned to me when I dropped my dog off. The store closes at 5:00 PM, and I ended up receiving my dog back at 4:45 PM, nearly two hours after the appointment time. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of clear communication and disregard for my time. Had I been informed upfront that the grooming could take up to two hours, I would have planned accordingly. I do not recommend this establishment, as they appear to operate without consideration for their customers' schedules.
