It is 12:21am and I am still waiting for her to come out! Instead, I decided to write this review. Earlier, three employees misinformed me on the different times she was going to perform. I asked to speak to the owner so I can get a refund. When I found him, I informed him that strangers I met in the VIP section were talking about a chargeback. He asked what that was and then yelled at me about giving him a break. He continued to make excuses to why she is not present. She finally came on stage at 12:30 and played for about 18 minutes. We drove an hour to the place. Where is our break considering there was a huge flood warning? I will not be back.

Here's my experience. 1) Admission: Using my Priority Pass, I was able to easily enter the lounge after being on the waitlist for a few minutes. The woman at the desk scanned my Priority Pass and then boarding pass. Another staff member showed me where to sit (a freshly cleaned table for one). 2) Space: There are seats for one, areas for two near the window, and longer tables for larger parties. The entire space is small, which is why they limit access. There's a small bar and restrooms. 3) Amenities: There are two areas for food. I went for breakfast. One area had dry cereal with jugs of milk, two different kinds of muffins (chocolate and blueberry), an espresso machine, flavored water, and orange juice. The other section has fruit, bagels and toast with jam, butter, etc., waffles, and scrambled eggs. 4) Service: It's excellent! Staff were kind and attentive. Dirty dishes only sat for a few minutes before someone cleared them.

Because it's pretty small, I was worried that we might not be able to get in, but they were able to accommodate us fairly quickly. The food that was served during our time there was definitely lackluster though. Some of the hot items were lukewarm at best, and it didn't seem like there were frequent replenishings or items being changed out throughout the day. I'm still grateful for a place with a little bit more peace and quiet to wait for our flight, but the specific accommodations offered here aren't the star of the show among lounges.

The first day at the hotel, my friend and I had a breakfast reservation (which we're thankful we did, as it was quite busy) and we sat at a table where the chairs were comfortable but it was too low to comfortably eat at the table. I felt like I was almost stretching and standing when eating. We requested a different type of table the next day when we can back for breakfast. We both ordered the Classic Breakfast consisting of two eggs, Nueske's bacon, breakfast sausage, breakfast potatoes, and sourdough toast. There were options available for gluten free toast and egg white though we didn't opt for that. I did ask for all bacon. The next day, I ordered a Breakfast Sandwich, regularly including chicken breakfast sausage, fluffy eggs, American cheese, house-made english muffin, and green salad (with gluten free toast option). I chose bacon instead of sausage and cheddar instead of American cheese. Both breakfasts were rather good. Unfortunately the dinner wasn't as delightful as a meal as the breakfasts. The chairs were fine and the place wasn't too busy (and we had a reservation) though when we sat down, it was as if we were forgotten as no one came to our table for quite some time. We then realized we weren't too excited about the menu, so we instead when to the nearby Game Room for a bite while watching a basketball game on TV. We were given welcome beverage certificates good for free bubbly at the Game Room though those were also honored at the Game Room. The Drawing Room lobby spaces are open 24 hours daily though guests can order breakfast daily from 7 AM to 11 AM, Monday through Thursday for lunch and dinner from 11 AM to 11 PM, Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 12 Midnight (though the kitchen closes at 11 PM), and Sunday from 11 AM to 9 PM.
