Not bad food and the service is better than some Chinese restaurants I've been to. At least they got me a beverage refill.

In some regards I felt like Chef Robert Irvine when sitting down for the first time to eat at a…read morerestaurant to test the food. Although mine was takeout, my experience mirrored many of the great visits he shows forth on TV when trying to help excellent restaurants. Me, myself, and I were hungry for Chinese takeout and had never been to this establishment before. I'm glad I can't still say the same. I called and ordered our takeout which proved easy. Food ready in ten minute... Nice! Once entering, an equally pleasing experience. Opened the door and walked into a place that could use some organization and cleaning. However, still nice! Behind the counter a myriad of organized chaos seemed to be present as I saw shelves of fresh produce, artwork hung in an avante garde style on the wall near the busy cash register area, someone who appeared to be an eighth grade boy working the stove, and a woman behind the cash register grabbing sauces for my meal before slipping it into the highly effective food-quarantine transfer zone, and sending me out the door. Once home, I unwrapped the brown bag holding my food and opened the cellophane containers to find nothing but ecstasy! Crab Rangoons were delightful and tasted as if they were ancient Chinese secret in the back of the refrigerator that someone successfully revived back to life! Kung pao chicken lacked any lack of flavor and did not resemble any bad Kung pao chicken experienced at other dining establishments. Rice was not bland and egg rolls mirrored the same flavorful taste that graced the entire meal. Needless to say, after taking a few bites, my self and I agreed...the entire $5.78 of food had to be not discarded in the trash. It was fit for human consumption and should be reserved for someone's gut. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles to CHINA WOK for any type of food. Do not make the same mistake we did. Waited too long for CHINA WOK... and unsatisfied hunger. I can only hope those running this establishment expand business, and do it soon!

Although mine was takeout, my experience mirrored many of the awful visits he shows forth on tv when trying to help failing restaurants. My wife and I were hungry for Chinese takeout and had never been to this establishment before. I wish I could still say the same. I called and ordered our takeout which proved easy enough. Food ready in ten to fifteen minutes... Nice! Once entering though...different experience. Opened the door and walked into a place that could use some organization and cleaning. One employee was eating out of a bowl in the corner at a table and a bowl of food was left at another table unattended... Waiting for someone (presumably an employee) to eat. Behind the counter a myriad of disorganized chaos seemed to be present as I saw opened boxes of food-for consumption of those working there, pictures hung haphazardly on the wall near the cluttered cash register area, someone who appeared to be an eighth grade boy working the stove, and a woman behind the cash register grabbing portions of my to go meal before sending me out the door. Once home, I unwrapped the brown bag holding our food and opened the cellophane containers to find nothing but disappointment! Crab Rangoons were stale and tasted as if they were buried ancient treasure in the back of the refrigerator that someone tried to revive back to life unsuccessfully. Kung pao chicken lacked any depth of flavor and did not resemble any Kung pao chicken experienced at other dining establishments. Rice was bland and egg rolls mirrored the same flavorless aged taste that plagued the entire meal. Needless to say, after taking a few bites my wife and I agreed...the entire $31 of food had to be discarded in the trash. It was unfit for human consumption and should be reserved for rotting in a landfill somewhere, not in someone's gut. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles to a different establishment for any type of food. Do not make the same mistake we did. Money down the drain... and unsatisfied hunger. I can only hope those running this establishment find help and do it soon!
