I requested a basket daisies with ribbons that said The names that the children called him. And I gave her all 6 grandchildren's names. We talked about things that I liked and what I didn't like and we were going to have yellow and white and green daisies with a few Gerbers thrown in for effect. I asked her if she could do something nice for $80, and she told me that $95 would be better. On her website she said she offered free delivery and on the phone she even reiterated that there would be no delivery charge So I said OK The following day when I checked my receipt there was a delivery charge, And my nephew's name was misspelled. I called her immediately on Wednesday morning to please fix the name and the delivery charge At 4:00 p.m. on the day of the viewing the basket of daisies was there and it was so full of nothing but daisies that the effect of the gerbers was completely thrown off. I'm not real sure We need the extra money on those flowers. They looked overfull And crammed together. Plus, there were no ribbons with the names and the misspelling was STILL on the card. I called and she answered from her car and she turned around and immediately brought me a new card. But the damage had been done, my mother in law had seen the card and we still didn't get any name ribbons... And that free delivery? Not free. I can see why Karen is successful and has a high feedback rating because she is very nice and very customer service forward. However at the end of the day, and especially at a funeral... You would like to have what you would like to have. You would like to get what you pay for. And it would be really nice if you didn't have to pay extra for no reason.
