I would give ZERO stars if I could!!!! This lady DID NOT provide the services that I ASKED or PAID for! First and foremost she is LIAR! The venue that we worked with decided a few months before my event to not allow any bartenders at the venue but could still have Alcohol. I had already given Cryssy my deposit of $600 or $650. My event planner informed her that we can not have any bartenders so we needed to know what was going to be done with my deposit. Cryssy stated that she basically had a repport with the owner of the venue and she said she would talk to them to see if they would allow us to still have a bartender. My event planner reached back out to Cryssy to get a follow up on if she had spoken with the owner of the venue. (See proof of messages below) Cryssy gave us the ok that she "talked" to them and that we were good to go. A few days go by and my event planner meets up with the owner of Venue and she thanked him for allowing us to go ahead and have a bartender. The owner looked at her and said, "What are you talking about. I never agreed to that. In fact I never talked to a Cryssy, who is that?". So basically this chic was gonna show up at my party with a bartender ANYWAY! The owner of the venue was highly upset that she LIED. He said that had she not lied, he could have worked something out. Ok so, I called Cryssy and she LIED AGAIN and said she spoke to someone in that building and that someone dropped the ball! NO! YOU DROPPED THE BALL! So I decided not to address the fact that she just lied in my face saying she spoke to someone and I just wanted to see what could be done with my deposit. So she said she could provide me with my drink package and come set up all of my alcohol, spritzers, water and soda as WELL as TWO signature Drinks at my self serve bar! I received alcohol, spritzers and some sodas but No water and no second signature drink! So when she came in with one signature drink, my event planner asked her was that the only one. She said yes, and my event planner asked her did she inform me that it was the only one she had. Cryssy said, "I texted her". Y'all this chic texted me and said "happy birthday and see you later today". Then after she dropped off my liquor, she sent another text saying, "Bar is dropped off, tonight will be beautiful". She didn't say ANYTHING about her only have 1 signature drink. So she LIED AGAIN! Smh I also wanted mini wine bottles with a ribbon and straw on it as favors for my guest. Her and I conversed about my color scheme and that I wanted rose gold wine bottles and black wine bottles. I didn't really care what the wine taste like, I was more so going for esthetics and my overall color scheme. She sent me photos of a pretty rose gold bottle she found and black one. They were so pretty! We agreed on those and I sent her my money to purchase the ones we AGREED on. Cryssy OFFERED to put my favors together for me. I wanted black ribbon for the rose gold bottle and rose gold ribbon for the black bottle with the straw. I get to my party, and the wine bottles are NOT what I asked/agreed or paid for! I will attach pictures of what I asked for vs what I got! The only thing she got right was the black ribbon and the straw! She said she picked up my wine bottles 3 days before my event! She "claimed" she purchased the bottles back in June/July but when she went to go pick them up 3 days before my event, she said she noticed they were the wrong bottles. I don't believe one word that's coming out of her mouth! If you order something that specific (black and rose gold wine bottles), how in the hell do I have cases of the same bottles all the same color! What she REALLY did but don't want to admit it was purchase my mini wine bottles 3 days before my event and just gave me anything! THEN, she texts my event planner the day before my event asking her what was my color scheme again THEN she asked my event planner to go pick up a clear bucket for something SHE was supposed to do! Piss poor planning! Her excuse for her piss poor services was that she didn't have enough money so she had to put up money of her own to make sure I had what I wanted. But sis, you didn't even provide me what I wanted! If money was an issue, she could have easily texted me to let me know she needed more funds to cover what I WANTED AND ASKED FOR! So you claiming that you put up additional money did NOT show in the services you half ass provided! I will NEVER recommend her services. RUN PEOPLE RUN!!! It has to be something mentally wrong with a person to lie so much. Smh. I don't get it. Overall my event was amazing and one bad experience will not and did not spoil my event! But I won't EVER use her again!! read more

First of all, the drinks taste great and they are STRONG! But above all that, the customer service was amazing. I placed my order on a Tuesday and they were to be delivered the next day since we're in the same state. However, USPS was being USPS so my package was delayed. By Friday, I still had not received my package and I was set to go out of town for the weekend...so I sent Cryssy a message to express my displeasure with USPS. Cryssy immediately offered to meet up with me and hand deliver some replacement drinks to me FOR FREE! She also told me that the drinks that were in the mail would be find when ever they were delivered (they were finally delivered on Monday).
