Long wait lines, car accidents inside the car wash tunnel do to young staff who don't car lining the cars up a foot apart. And then closing at odd hours for no reason. I will be canceling my membership here today and taking business elsewhere where I don't have to worry about wasting my time or having my car crashed into for incompetent staff. In the photos you will see a 3 car accident that happened in the tunnel. A closed car wash at 430pm and someone in the gutter in the middle of the day for no reason.

I've been a loyal customer and membership holder at MotorSpa in Castle Rock for 10 YEARS. Unfortunately, since the ownership changed, customer service seems to have taken a permanent vacation. Here's what happened. I dropped off my car for its monthly interior cleaning on my way to the airport. Apparently, the employees used some kind of chemical spray that left white stains ALL OVER my car. Front seats, back seats, doors, mirrors... you name it! I left my car at the airport, and when I returned from my 15-day trip, I discovered the mess. Naturally, I went back to ask them to fix it. And this is where the comedy show began. The owner rudely informed me that the stains were probably MILK SPILLED BY MY CHILDREN. Me: "Sir, I DON'T HAVE CHILDREN." Owner: "Well, then it must have been YOUR COFFEE." Really?! Apparently, my imaginary children and my magical flying coffee managed to spray white stains across the entire interior of my car, including the back doors and seats! I showed him the stains everywhere, but instead of taking responsibility or even attempting to investigate, he told me I would have to PAY HIM AN ADDITIONAL $125 TO FIX THE DAMAGE! So let me get this straight: I pay for a membership, bring you my car for cleaning, get it back covered in mysterious white stains, and now I have to PAY YOU AGAIN to clean it? What an incredible business model! After reading other reviews, I realized I wasn't the only customer reporting unpleasant experiences. I immediately canceled my membership. After 10 years of loyalty, I expected basic respect, not accusations about imaginary children and airborne coffee. I'm sharing this review to save other customers the frustration, money, and headache. My advice? Drive right past MotorSpa. Your car--and your sanity--will thank you.

He didn't take shortcuts and managed to restore the finish far better than I thought possible. The interior now looks spotless, the paint has depth and shine again, and the Jeep feels like it's been given a second chance.
