Dirty car washed basically nothing after $16. Don't waste ur money on the washless touchless machine

Our family has been coming here since 2005 to wash our vehicles. Carwash is convenient and does an adequate job. Upon exiting the wash tonight, I saw a man jump out madly waving his arms and screaming at me to stop. Scared me half to death. Against my better judgement, I rolled down my window just a tad thinking maybe something came off my car. Turns out it was the owner, who (I felt) chastised me for going too slow over the undercarriage wash. Actually he said he was concerned the back of my car didn't get sprayed. But yep, it appears his stalker eyes didn't see that it sure did get sprayed adequately. WTH, who accosts their customers like that-- especially at night?! If I'm paying $16 for a wash, I'll take as much time as I need to thank you very much. So we'll be taking our family of cars elsewhere. For the same (actually lower!) price, we can get a wash, along with FREE vacuums, and FREE detailing supplies at the new Whistle Express Car Wash which is 2 minutes up the road. Worst car wash car was dirty after wash. I am disabled, had to get out to clean windows and dry car off... waste of $15.00. Won't be back.

This is the best touchless option I've found in CR. The only bad thing is too many people use this wash .

Beware! Credit card scammers are working at this car wash. I always use quarters but they had stuck a quarter in the slot and managed to bend it and jam so I used my credit card. The next day there was an $800 plus charge for fire house subs DoorDash. Fortunately my Chase Reserve card caught it and they got nothing. But don't use your credit card at this place ever! read more

Since moving to Colorado I've noticed a good car wash is quite the priority! Someone in my neighborhood suggested this place as a great touch less option. I went thru the touch less wash this morning and selected the most expensive of the options ($14). There are so many things wrong with this wash I'm not sure where to begin. My car was still soaking wet when it was complete and by the time I got home and everything "air dried" it looks like I didn't even wash it because there are a million water spots all over the entire car. I have an all black car so it's extremely noticeable. It did not clean the bug splatter on my windshield. I'm not really sure what it actually cleaned? I know we don't have many options in Castle Rock but I will drive further for a decent one. I will never be back as it was a complete waste of money and I had to clean it when I got home. read more

Very disappointing. Equipment seems to be old and did not work very well. I spent a fair amunt of time just trying to get he selection wheel to turn and then awhile before water would spray out. I did a quick job As i didnt ha e a lot of dirt. I used the handwand, moving quickly. The first 30 seconds charged for was just getting water to spray. Then once i got done, I rinsed it thoroughly followed my the no spot rinse feature. The display showed $5.36 when i clicked to selector to off. I onew I had alreaden been charged for the $2.00 minimum and I had to swipe my card a second time. So i knew my total charge for a sorta clean car would be $7.36. When the car was completely dry I can see long opaque white lines over the top and hood like the wax or spot free didnt rinse off. My windows were soooooooooo spotted. Poorly working equipment, sprays wax when the indicator says its on rinse, then when the display shows my charge is $5.36... Actually $9.91 gets billed to my card!!!! read more

Excellent car wash..always clean and everything works well..the automatic is the best in town especially even if you drive a pick up or SUV like I do...very impressed with how well it works and don't mind paying for it either....I appreciate how clean everything is and how everything always works.....they take credit cards which is convenient too.....and never had an odd charge or anything .... It's good enough for the convenient location and price. Don't expect your car to come out spotless if using the automatic wash. Colorado is a messy place for a vehicle. Hand wash yours if you want it spotless. They have 4 stalls for hand washing. I usually use the automatic drive in wash to get the majority of the crud off and then go home and give my vehicle a complete wipe down. I'd give it more stars but I have noticed more times than not, there is barely any foam in the soap cycle which makes me wonder if they need to refill things more often. A few times I've gone I got a complete rainbow of foam colors (pink, blue, yellow, green foam) it was very cool, someone must have filled it right before I got there.... but most times it's just white and weak soap bubbles. They need someone to come out and maintain it more often. read more

Be careful if you use a credit card here because I did and was charged $10! I made sure to turn it off right after I was done but I guess it didn't shut off because what should've been $2 was $10 and my husband said the same thing happened to him! The person behind me either got a free car wash or I was seriously overcharged! Just be sure the meter turns off on your credit card charge when you're done! You have to hit the button as I was sure I did! read more

I'm a frequent customer at the car wash and am typically really pleased. However, I just tried the vacuums for the first time and they flat out didn't work. Zero sucking power. It was incredibly frustrating and I finally just gave up and left it running. Super disappointed to lose my money, and will probably avoid Tidal Wash moving forward. read more

We used the self-serve wash and it really didn't do a very good job. We picked the $12 wash, their middle one. Absolutely no drying power and it even dropped more water on the car when doing the final pass. Still dirt on the car. read more

Great customer service. The owner is on-site a lot and cares about offering a good experience. The place is clean and the automatic wash works well. It is the only place in town that works well for larger/lifted trucks and suvs. The touchless is nice so your paint isn't scratched up. read more

Your typical car wash. Nothing special. If you just have basic road dirt, the do it yourself sprayer/brush setup will do the job. We had a lot of bugs from an out of state road trip and it didn't touch them. Haven't tried the touchless automatic wash here, but maybe next time read more

I washed my car yesterday, I used my credit card. When I pushed stop it said $4.03. I checked my bank statement today and it says $15.00. I always try give people the benefit of the doubt, but it sure feels like I've been cheated. read more

I traveled from California pulling a trailer and my truck was pretty dirty from the trip. This car wash exceeded what I thought it would do. I did the $7 wash and dried it my self. Used the pay vacuum for a $. If you use the vacuum, be careful and pick things you want because it will suck up everything! This car was did a great job! read more

Sorry that I have to give this wash two stars. But for the second time the tide wash has up charged my credit card for a wash. The first time I passed it off as a mistake and never thought about again until today August 1st. saw my statement and noticed it had been charged the full $15.00 amount. I know I was at $5.49 when I hit stop because I thought myself nice, under 6 bucks I'm getting fast. Just thought I should point this out to anyone washing there, better check your time and statements after washing here. It has 4 self-serve washing stations and 1 automated drive-through. Also has a car mat foaming cleaning device and vacuum cleaner stations. I only used the self-serve wash, which worked well, and the place was clean, except the one of the vacuum stations' large garbage containers needed to be emptied. Overall a good place though! read more

Don't expect your car or truck to be clean when done. All it does is spray a lot of water and some suds. I have been here three times in my truck and it doesn't look remotely clean. It's not worth $3 let alone the $12 I spent each time. Go somewhere else and spend your money. read more

Tried to use the car wash but car wash kept saying pull forward the. Back up. Ultimately gave up after doing this a few times. I tried to call the phone number but there was no answer. I spent $14 for a car wash that I never received and have not been able to contact owner for a refund. Will not be using this car wash in the future. read more

I've never spent so much on a self service car wash and been so disappointed. The machine ate money faster than my 3 year old grandson and when I ran out of coins, I used the debit card option to find out I was charge an additional $15 after the $5 in quarters if fed it. read more

I have used this self serve for a while now without issues today I decided to use the full service wash and I am really disappointed in the results. The wheels are still caked with dirt and there are patches of dirt on the doors. Worst car wash I have ever had. Wouldn't recommend to anyone I would want my money back read more

On Jan 16, I tried to use self service bay with Visa Credit card. First bay refused to indicate a card swipe detected at all. Went to another bay and swipe detected - processing - however, never activated spray when selected. Seemed to be stuck in processing loop. Ended up driving thru automated car wash for $9.00. Seem to short cycle rinse. Now I have a $2.00, a $2.09 (???) and the $9.00 charge on my card for same dam day showing on bank statement. Tried earlier this week to get car wash in bay that was just vacated. Tried my card again. Again - it would not show successful activation. Tried turning selector from off to high pressure spray. Nothing This time I made sure to hit the red off or cancel button. I am monitoring bank charge - will contest any charge. I am done with this car wash center. Used to be the most reliable in town - always busy. Not anymore! Stay far away! read more
