DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Unless you enjoy paying someone to damage your car and then being blamed…read morefor it. I've been a loyal customer and membership holder at MotorSpa in Castle Rock for 10 YEARS. Unfortunately, since the ownership changed, customer service seems to have taken a permanent vacation. Here's what happened. I dropped off my car for its monthly interior cleaning on my way to the airport. Apparently, the employees used some kind of chemical spray that left white stains ALL OVER my car. Front seats, back seats, doors, mirrors... you name it! I left my car at the airport, and when I returned from my 15-day trip, I discovered the mess. Naturally, I went back to ask them to fix it. And this is where the comedy show began. The owner rudely informed me that the stains were probably MILK SPILLED BY MY CHILDREN. Me: "Sir, I DON'T HAVE CHILDREN." Owner: "Well, then it must have been YOUR COFFEE." Really?! Apparently, my imaginary children and my magical flying coffee managed to spray white stains across the entire interior of my car, including the back doors and seats! I showed him the stains everywhere, but instead of taking responsibility or even attempting to investigate, he told me I would have to PAY HIM AN ADDITIONAL $125 TO FIX THE DAMAGE! So let me get this straight: I pay for a membership, bring you my car for cleaning, get it back covered in mysterious white stains, and now I have to PAY YOU AGAIN to clean it? What an incredible business model! After reading other reviews, I realized I wasn't the only customer reporting unpleasant experiences. I immediately canceled my membership. After 10 years of loyalty, I expected basic respect, not accusations about imaginary children and airborne coffee. I'm sharing this review to save other customers the frustration, money, and headache. My advice? Drive right past MotorSpa. Your car--and your sanity--will thank you.

Excellent from beginning to end!…read more Working with Justin started with a quote request for interior detailing through Yelp! He responded right away, first with asking clarification in order to better gauge the scope of work and provide a more accurate estimate. Because the weather forecast called for rain he requested work at his location, which was fine if I could camp out, amd he had a spot. Unfortunately, for me, my effort to clear up scratches on the body of my vehicle went...poorly and my car had a lot of spots of dulled paint. This expanded the work effort, but his team was up for the challenge! I had a hard cutoff time, though, because I had an appointment with the car dealership that afternoon to turn in the leased vehicle. He did is best to lessen the glaring spots of dulled paint. I am 100% confident that if he had more time it would have turned out phenomenal. Justin's team gave me an outstanding outcome. The interior looked brand new. The carpets nice and clean, and the leather seats were beautiful. They cleaned up the tires, and the outside looked a thousand times better than what Ingave them to start. I thought the extra work would cost me an arm and a leg based on the advertised prices at other detailing companies. Instead, I got a bill that took my breath away--it was way more than reasonable. I definitely got the better end of the deal, plus an unexpected military veteran discount. We talked about tricks to clean out grime from the leather seats, car wraps, and other detailing aspects.
