i'm not sure why, but the past couple times gone I have asked for a simple mullet. All I have asked for is for them to cut the tops inside and give me a simple fade, but they have consistently only cut the back of my hair when asked them not to cut the and they hardly even cut the top and give me a mediocre fade. I would honestly recommend going any place else because every time I go I find myself being upset with my hair and I have to wear hats for the next couple months if you want something super simple like a buzz cut. It's a great place for the price but any other cut I wouldn't recommend going here because I've been consistently upset with my haircuts. read more

Great local spot. Super friendly to us at least. Language maybe a challenge for some. I speak super fast and my son is very softspoken. Averted a catastrophe once I heard my son indicate a style of haircut he wanted since he got the name of his cut wrong. Walked in to get a haircut. There were three people waiting ahead of me. Once it was my turn, the woman wearing the purple jump suit told another customer (he had came in after me) to sit down because it was his turn. I told her I was next and she argued that the customer was next. The customer himself told her that he came in after us. She insisted to attend the customer before attending me. This is terrible service. When she finally attended me, she said, "thank you for waiting." Instead of apologizing for her mistake. She made me wait longer and it seemed she did not want to attend me. I was sick of paying $28 at Supercuts for a simple haircut. $18 at this place, it was fast and cut well. They know how to run a business, with low prices comes lots of customers. The shop is kind of hidden away in a small shopping center. The parking was ample, close and the shop itself was inviting and clean. Despite being my first time in, and having some unique challenges with my hair, my stylist did a phenomenal job and gave me the exact look I was looking for - even though I wasn't even sure what I wanted. I was in the area visiting friends, but I needed a quick trim. I came across this barbershop because it had some positive reviews so I decided to give them a try. When I arrived the shop didn't have the standard "hipster" vibe that most barbershops have these days, but that didn't defer me. I was treated by James. He was a lot fun and a genuinely good person. My uncle has been a barber in LA for over 45 years but I still trust James more than him (no offense, uncle). Went to cobblestone got my haircut the lady used a electric razor no scissors.She charge me $15 for the haircut I ask her for the senior rate she told me I needed to be 67 years old what BS that is. An overdue review. Went here during the summer. Terrible technique and the lady used an odd clipper that looked like a glorified electric shaver. Did not know how to do a fade and covered her mistakes up with the shaver. The lady that was cutting my hair was not focusing on cutting my hair and spent the whole time making conversation while neglecting to focus on cutting her hair. Just talked about her life, and I got mediocre results in haircut. I don't mean to sound mean-spirited, but objectively, she had no business cutting hair. The price is cheap but you get what you paid for.. Some people may enjoy the face massage or whatever that was. I never asked for it, and she just proceeded to place a towel that wasn't even hot. I do not enjoy someone touching my face with their hands. read more

Well, so far, so good. My wife helped me research a few barber locations because the last place I went to butchered my hair. The guy is young and doesn't listen. He doesn't understand regular haircuts and tries to be too hip. Cobblestone so far has done the job AND at a very reasonable price. I get a discount since I am a senior (ugh, don't remind me) citizen. I believe it was Michelle that gave me the cut. She did listen and worked to try and fix the mess with a nice business cut. At 66 I don't need a fade, a shave, a Kid and Play, K-Pop or anything else like that. She couldn't fix everything in the first visit, but my wife says I should go every two weeks for a while since the prices are great and she can gradually heal the past mistakes. What's even better is no appointment necessary and early on a Wednesday there's not a lot of waiting. read more
