I'm normally not one to judge from bad first experiences. Yet, this was the worst experience I've…read moreever had at a Bon Secours office. I am 5 days post op and in immense pain. I explained to them how much pain I was in, and how I haven't eaten or drank anything in 24hrs since I can't swallow. All 3 doctors who came in said drastically different things. It's insulting the way the doctors spoke to me. The first doctor was very empathetic and nice. She reassured me they could help. The next "doctor" who came in said I was fine since I could talk. (Which I barely can, I was just trying to advocate for myself) When the third "doctor" came in he was very rude and when I explained everything for a third time he said "well we can't do anything for you, maybe we could get you a cup of water". So what I'm seeing here is that I need to put on a show for them to give me the most basic of medical care. I wasn't asking for opioids. I was asking for an iv to be hydrated since I can't swallow water and maybe a different pain medication since mine wasn't working. Now I will be sent a huge bill for the plastic covering they used to take my temperature. I'm very upset with the experience I had today. I hope they hire more qualified doctors who want to help people.

I have been going there for a long time now. My only problem is once I get use to a certain doctor that I like, then they move somewhere else so I have to get use to another doctor.
