DO NOT TRUST YOUR PROPERTY WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL, LITIGIOUS PEOPLE…read more If you could give NO stars, I would. The shop had my car for 2 weeks. Didn't look at it for one full week, then put it up, realized they needed to order parts -- which I told them when I dropped the car off -- and so placed a rush order and tacked on the overnight shipping costs to my bill. That was just the beginning of the insanity. This could be a very long, very vitriolic review, but I'll sum it up with these: * The car was not repaired for 2 weeks, leaving me without transport, and the requested repairs were only partially completed. * I was never given an itemized bill, but payment was demanded immediately, on a weekend, from a home line rather than a business #. I paid the bill in full over the phone with my credit card by 10.30am on the first business day after the repair was partially completed. * The "business manager"/wife left a series of incredibly innappropriate and threatening messages, leaving me with not only a sense of embarrassment, but also an overwhelming feeling of unprofessionalism from the shop. * The shop/owners are well known to the magistrate's office for their harrassment and poor treatment of/service to their customers. * I will be reporting the harrassment and unprofessional business practices to the Better Business Bureau, and urge you to check this source before trusting your property to Anthony Auto.

All other repair shops and dealerships were closed on the weekend and I wouldn't have been able to be seen anywhere until Monday morning. I'm beyond grateful for their service and kindness. I also found their rates very affordable. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks for getting me back on the road safe!! Pam

All the other mechanics there are super nice and helpful and is there to answer literally any question you need, especially about your big rig. We originally were going to go to another shop and boy I'm happy we ended up here because you just don't get customer service, genuine good mechanic work anymore. I truly wish they were in Florida but as far as major work needing to be done in the future we will definitely grab a load out that way to be able to get back to this shop. I promise you this shop hands down is the best mechanic work we've gotten since having our big rig. They are fast, efficient and if you need other things done to your vehicle outside of what you initially went in for they make time to get your car/truck in tip top running shape. It's honestly amazing how we got such prestige work done by accident. I'm telling you, if your every in the West Virginia area or within the radius and need maintenance work or a engine/transmission job I promise you you will not be disappointed. We are over 900 miles away and we've found our new mechanic for our big rig. I promise you that These guys are super legit and you will not regret going to them.
