I phoned them a week in advance to arrange transportation for my elderly father to get to the doctor. Inconvenience Number One: I was told I needed to call back the day before the appointment to find out when he'd be picked up. Why can't I know right then, and if not, why can't they call me? Instead, I'm expected to not only call but get put on hold for 10 minutes. When I called the day before the appointment, I was told the van would come 20 minutes before the appointment. When I expressed great concern that that was not enough time, they assured me it was. At 10 minutes before the appointment, the van still hadn't shown up. I phoned. They said van should be there any minute. It arrived at 1:00. By then, it was too late. We had to reschedule the doctor's appointment. Here's how much they don't care: I phoned to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold, transferred to voicemail, and never got a call back. Thanks, Ride Program, for being so disrespectful and rude to people who are dependent on you for their health and well-being. Well done, jerks.

I used logistic care through ride program now they are separate this program service staff has…read moretheir attitude. calling them and scheduling appointments ahead of time to be pickup on the date is a problem "you never called us, we don't have u listed, there isn't a driver today, there isn't a reservation number, u have to reschedule your appointment". rescheduled my appointment and did another reservation and still no show then the lady comes back on the phone and says "well u said u was taking rip ta so we send u a bus pass". i told her no that wasn't included in my reservation i told her who's profile are u guys looking at. then "she says that Im not eligible to use ride" then later on in the week they send me a letter letting me know that i am eligible to use the program for my appointments so i called back when i saw the letter and told the lady what the other representative said and she said "no I am eligible for the services". while using this service One time im eligible and another time im not, only two people came on pickup and all the others no show i had to keep calling in to reschedule my doctor and dentist appointments every time i call them those are their words so i stopped relying on them another useless program. 1star from even taking the time to answer the phone can't pick customers up on time, lying about their ads about pick up on the same day, can't keep a track of customers profile, lying about other services they have going on like taking patients shopping and picking them back up.
