The information provided about costs and savings was accurate and useful. While installation was a bit slow due to backlogs and availability, the service provided was outstanding. There are lots, and lots, and lots of steps in getting the panels installed and running. They have a super-well organized process that makes the entire process that makes everything happen quickly. Given current tax breaks, and energy prices, the ROI should be quite high if you have a decent place for the panels.

They charge $150 for the first, and $30 for each additional. This month I had another failure. I was NOT notified that their pricing had changed to $250!!!! for one inverter! To have an established client, and within 6 months to almost double the price and then not notify until you bill them... Extremely shady Bait and Switch IMHO. I will be looking elsewhere if I need service again. UPDATE: My Generation Energy reached out about the issue and said it was a mistake on their end and have addressed and fixed it.
