After falling in love with the items in Kelsey's store, I decided to reach out & see if there was anything that could be done with our new 1900 square foot home. Kelsey from KM Home Interiors was local, so it was easy to get an appointment that worked with our busy schedules. She had a tall order to fill, we were looking for a design that was modern, classy & 3 year old friendly, that still allowed us to entertain friends & family, while trying to utilize some of the furniture we already had. She came up with a draft that was an EXACT fit for our lifestyle! She magically transformed our dark burgundy walls and ill placed couches into a family friendly living room with more seating! She waved her magic wand and our boring kitchen with orange tinted counters turned into a bright, lively kitchen where we actually enjoy entertaining! My daughter wanted a pink room. ALL PINK! Kelsey appealed to both of us with dainty details, beautiful fabrics and pink accessories fit for a princess! (Definitely better than my idea of just painting the walls pink!) It's her amazing attention to detail that made my boring 1960's raised ranch the amazing house it is today! I'll be the first to admit, I have a few Pinterest Fails under my belt, and I never could have done it without her! The fee was EXTREMELY reasonable & I can't stop raving about the amazing job she did when our friends & family come over! We don't plan on selling our house anytime soon, but when we do, I hope KM Home Interiors is there to help me with my next project! Nightmare to work with. Hired for turnover & seasonal cleaning. Every week there was at least one…read moremajor issue and several minor issues. Any time we tried to communicate issues, the owners were argumentative and rude. They left the door to the house unlocked on at least 2 occasions which is, in itself, as unprofessional as a cleaning business can be. The final straw was that we discovered that one of the co-owners picked used, obviously dirty and wet towels up off the floor, folded them, and put them away in a linen closet as if they were clean. When I brought this up with her, she went on a tirade that was not only completely unprofessional, but rude and insulting to me personally. She blamed everyone and everything for her inability to perform the duties she was hired to do, and never once took responsibility. When we requested to meet in person to end her employment with us, she withheld our linens. Do yourself a HUGE favor and don't bother with this "company."

Came asap for estimate and plan and discussion on what is wanted and what he will do to accomplish it. Oil based latex or water based ? Finish - high gloss or satin finish ? I had someone come in before Millennium and this a#% didn't know what he was doing. Talked a good talk , had nice fake pictures and gave me a reference phone number as I requested. Number didn't allow me to see anything. The pictures of the floors he claimed to do ... was not his work. I won't mention his name. Though if a pegleg handyman comes knocking. Tell him to keep on walking. Millennium flooring did a great job taking care of my floors and correcting the pegleg liars damages. At least the flooring damage. Pegleg damaged my steps by spilling Polyurathane on my concrete steps. Messed up my solid wood front door, my fireplace bricks. Millennium Flooring did great work. Clean work. Quick work. A year later and I'm still raving about this company and it's owner also.
