We couldn't be Happier!! After much frustration trying to keep the grass in our courtyard green & thriving, It was time to make a change so I contacted Coastal Syn. Turf. We said goodbye to mowing, Irragation, brown patches and weeds !! Hello Beautiful Green Turf!! The crew did an amazing job- professional- courteous- meticulous- nothing but perfection! Fast forward 1.5 years of enjoying the new turf -it was time to make a call. Hello Coastal Syn Turf we want you to come back and do our backyard. It was quite the project - there is limited access to the backyard -everything had to be either hand carried or wheel barreled to the backyard. You can't imagine the amount of labor involved for these projects .The crew did not disappoint, We now have the most beautiful lush green turf and a 4 hole putting green as well! Once again we said goodbye to Irragation- mowing- edging - weeding- fertilizer. Now we have a savings of $250.a month between our pest control and landscaping company Who doesn't like that :-) Everyone who comes over can't believe how amazing it all looks - One of the best landscaping decisions we've ever made ! I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to never have to see a brown area or weeds in my lawn again! Sheer perfection!! I have one issue though .. My HOA doesn't allow Synthetic turf in the front or side yard of our Home, otherwise I'd have Coastal Syn. Turf come back & do my Front-yard!! read more

Tom Bartolec, Executive Vice President, did our initial job site measuring and basically selling me on their company. We made our decision to use Coastal Synthetic Turf based on the information I received from Tom. Day 1 of the job I was having a few reservations about who would be on the job site. To my surprise, Tom said, "You are not comfortable, let's start the job tomorrow when I can be on site." Wow! When does that ever happen. I am happy to report my job started the following day. Tom was on site to get things started. Tom introduced me to his young supervisor, Emmanuel, and their crew and everything went so smoothly, exactly the way Tom promised me the job would. We were absolutely thrilled with the entire process - especially the outcome! Tom Bartolec was true to his word. His team was amazing - very professional and hard-working. Rain or shine - they were there every day until it was completed. Communication was great throughout. We had interviewed 5 other companies - most of them never returned our calls for weeks or failed to show up for follow up appointments. Coastal even pointed out to us when a roll of the turf was a shade off from the first roll (we couldn't even tell). They removed it and replaced it with the exact color match without a moment's hesitation - and not at our insistence! I would recommend Tom and his crew to anyone thinking about doing this.
