Unfortunately, they glued the grass to the sides of the stones. Several years later many of them have cracked and some have become uneven, creating a trip hazard. I understand things happen over time and repairs need to be made. I also expect to pay for any repairs but someone has to show up. I started calling the owner,Orlando, in November and he keeps telling me someone will call me or come by my house. Now he will not even return my phone calls. To make matters worse, I discovered that he posted photos of my pool area on Facebook, claiming he designed it. That is false. He did not design anything and he DID NOT have my permission to post any photos of my property. If you ever wanted to have a pristine, upscale, polished look on your property - and ya don't wanna do the work to get that - this is your answer. We have a garden in our backyard. We got rid of the grass and planted perennial peanut ground cover a few years ago. Everything was going great until the weeds started to come through the ground cover. Something came up that my body was allergic to and I got red welts like I never saw before. I saw a dermatologist because it was so bad and he just told me that it was a contact dermatitis and gave me generic cream. So I couldn't weed anymore and my husband wound up weeding all the time. That was not the way we wanted to live. So, we selected a very life-like turf that has holes in the bottom and silica (sand) under and on top of the turf. And the compliment to the product (that has a 15 year warranty) is the FANTASTIC way the installers did their job (that has a 2 year warranty - Hi Lazaro & crew!!!!!!). They put turf around pipes and the curves of the raised beds! Wow - we just LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys. Yvette, our salesperson knew her stuff and had a wealth of samples - which helped us make a selection and buy the turf quickly, with confidence about our choice. Yvette knew her stuff without having to check brochures or make phone calls. She just helped us feel great about our purchase. Vanessa, the Assistant Project Manager, emailed and called me to keep me in the know. I wish every company worked so smoothly. In ONE DAY we went from a weedy backyard to a freaken beautiful space.
