In a few minutes into tanning, the machine keep shutting down half way off, because you scan your body with some device before you tan, so it cuts down your tanning by shutting down half the bulbs. Instead of them offering another bed, giving me a discount, or asking me to come back tomorrow, they said they could not do anything about it. It was unprofessional and they were rude, so I canceled my credit card purchased and complained.
