I don't go anywhere else for my printing needs. I had been to many other printing companies in the past, but never felt valued as a customer as I do with this company. I deal exclusively with Loralee. She is a wonderful, hard worker, and always gets things done quickly and on time for me. I've had jobs that I need rushed and she has always been able to deliver. Her communication is outstanding and she is great about keeping you up to date and in the loop about your order. The quality of their products is also outstanding. They have a multitude of different finishes, papers, and colors to choose from, among a million other things. I cannot tell you how many times my clients will take my business card, and it stops them in their tracks because it is such nice quality (it shows!). Bottom line, this is the company to go with. They are a family-owned local business that really cares about the products they put into your hands.

I worked with Shelly (who is so sweet and helpful) to pick out the paper, and they even did some sample prints for me to compare. I also had them print the addresses on our envelopes for us which saved so much time and looked beautiful. I came back a few months later to have them print menus for us as well. We saved a lot of money vs. ordering online, and they looked amazing. Highly recommend them!

A curious case of supporting the creative community while pulling the rug out from under it…read more I've got to say, Projx2Print has achieved something remarkable. They've managed to simultaneously position themselves as supporters of artists and the creative community while embracing AI technology that threatens to eliminate some of the very creative jobs those artists depend on. That's quite a balancing act. Almost as impressive as a man successfully wearing a three-piece suit while riding a unicycle through a fireworks factory. Look, I understand that AI is here. Technology changes. Businesses want to work faster, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Fine. Nobody is asking anyone to return to the days of carving business cards into stone tablets. But there's a difference between using AI as a tool that assists creative professionals and enthusiastically embracing technology that can replace those professionals--while simultaneously telling everyone how much you support artists and the creative scene. And then there's the argument that because the company is successful, the current approach should essentially remain unquestioned. Well, that's one strategy. By that logic, if the Titanic had successfully sold enough tickets, we should have simply congratulated the iceberg on participating in a thriving maritime economy. Success is not necessarily evidence that a business model is good for the people and creative community surrounding it. Sometimes success means you have enough leverage to ask whether the status quo deserves to be preserved. The irony is especially difficult to ignore when graphic designers and production artists are part of the actual workforce involved in producing the creative work. Projx2Print has even employed production artists with formal graphic-design backgrounds. So my question is simple: If you genuinely support artists and the creative community, what does that support look like when the technology you're adopting can make their jobs less necessary? AI doesn't have to be the enemy. But neither should human creativity become the disposable middleman between a prompt and a finished product. I'd have a lot more respect for the position if it were simply: "AI is changing the industry, we're going to use it, and we're going to figure out how to make money with it." At least that's honest. But claiming to champion the creative community while embracing technology that threatens the livelihoods of creatives--and then using business success as an argument for maintaining the status quo--feels a little like applauding the orchestra while simultaneously replacing the musicians with a Spotify playlist. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is what we in the broadcasting business call mixed messaging. I'm Ron Burgundy. And you stay classy, San Diego.

Overall customer service, products, pricing and production time really sets them apart! Client Support Representative, Irish is an absolute gem! She's always been ready, willing and able to provide quality service, suggesting materials and ideas to achieve the best possible outcome for jobs quoted. I've done quite a bit of marketing within various industries and have gotten quotes for jobs of all sizes - SpeedPro's pricing has always been extremely competitive, which eliminates the need to shop around and waste valuable time - as a business owner, I can really appreciate this. All of the products received (more that aren't pictured) have been perfect, without the need for revisions. Of course, SpeedPro will be my go-to for all things creative/ printing related.

I must say that this local business has all the tools and resources for signage, web design and more. The end result was immaculate and I could have not been more excited to have my cards printed. The prices, and quantity for amount of business cards, you cannot overlook. Plus, the material and unlimited designs they offer, is worth every penny. It feels like that staff can produce almost any image for you t-shirt, business card, banners, etc. The customer service was impeccable from the start. The staff greets you immediately and will be very attentive when explaining the product you are aiming towards. Sergio was extremely helpful and provided all the navigation needed to get the card designed how I wanted. He also works very quick and diligently as my cards were produced in less than about 5 days, if that. I highly suggest visiting CV Graphics and Printing! I also noticed other local popular businesses have had their design created here as well, such as Namaste Fitness. **Parking lot is never that crowded or a hectic issue either.*

The last time we use the services both times we use Justin as our contact person. He is a great technician and he has a reputation for having great customer service. This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. Overall, Ken is a great printing technician and expert. His patience with our event team was awesome. The rest of the staff is very customer service oriented too. I recommend Copy-It La Mesa, CA!

When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.
