The price was fairly reasonable, at least compared to what I was quoted this morning at another place in Boca. The guys were working hard out in the heat, but they were so nice to me. I figured I'd upgrade the wash to a wash and wax, they were busy when I got there but was told the wash would take about 45 mins. They took my car in to the wash bay and hand and pressure wash it. They came out and told me the car was pretty dirty with the sap and they had to wash it again which I honestly knew and are glad they did it twice. After the second wash the car came out looking absolutely pristine and you'd never think it was in as bad condition as it was when I took it. The gentlemen took his time with the interior and cleaned it thoroughly. I would highly recommend this car was and will be back again and again. The wash I got was $45 but it honestly felt like I got more than I paid for. Not sure why people complain when they take long with your car?! So I chose to err on the side of caution and not drive the car. Never on any of the other THREE VISITS at this location did they choose to share with me the ENGINE WAS LEAKING OIL. That could have been the death of everything good. I believe they should be MORE CAREFUL in how they handle VISIBLE ISSUES - that is called CARING for your CUSTOMERS. They wanted full control of speaking with the PERSONS (licensed mechanic) who would fix my car, but EXPECTED me to lay out & pay for everything. Something wrong with that picture when you are on a very limited fixed income and hoping your extended warranty will cover whatever FAULTY & DEFECTIVE items you need. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. My kiddo had gotten sick in the back of our car and I cleaned up as much as I could without a steamer and shampooer.
