I upgraded the year and came back for a second time. Now he's using system x which is amazing. Not saying the last company he used wasn't because that came out amazing as well. Negro goes above and beyond for his clients as he sends videos and pictures of the whole process while the car is in his care. Truthfully he is the only one I've ever let drive my car and only one I will leave it to without any worries. This time around he came thru for me and helped me with my vision I had. He used his resources which I must admit are very well worth it. This guys is connected in the car world if you ain't know. Had a kill switch and tracker installed, got my windows tinted and also got my rims powder coated. Everything was excellent as usual! Don't hesitate and give my man a call as he won't disappoint you or anyone you refer. He's been doing this for over 15 years and is certified in ceramic coating. He will make an old car look brand new again. My car came home looking newer than when I left the dealer buying it brand new. He will leave you flabbergasted by the job when he's done. His pricing is well worth it as well. Quality Over Quantity!!!! No job is to big or small the man does cars, motorcycles, or boats....

I reached out to the owner who was very nice and serviceable, we set up a date to take in my car to his location and left it there for about two and a half hours. Throughout the whole process i was getting updates such as videos or pictures of before and afters. Once my car was ready i picked it up and it was like i picked up a whole new car from the dealer. It was impeccable, full of shine and extremely clean on the inside. The best part was the smell of new car even my daughter mentioned how she loved how our car looked and smell. It was definitely worth the price and time. Will definitely be returning soon.

Jordan has done both his cars and they do a remarkable job. So based on his reputation I called. I spoke with Jordon the owner who is extremely friendly and gives you all the details on how to maintain after coating has been applied. I was very impressed with how customer friendly he is as well as his staff. We selected the 5 year coating. He even helped us by picking up when we had to go out of town. When it comes to value, we feel like we got a great deal and a professional job. I suggest looking at their process on line. Thanks again Jordan and staff you are truly professional at your craft. I will be highly recommending your shop. My truck looks amazing!!!! I don't always give 5 stars, well deserved.

Would have just quietly moved on, but Kyle at HQ refused to respond to my concern. Stopped communicating entirely by phone and text once I raised this issue. Filed a BBB complaint simply requesting a refund of my recent $70 wash/wax. Had already invested $550 in a ceramic coating a couple years back with this company and just wanted a refund for the poor quality wax job. However, being ignored was concerning. Felt it was important to alert other potential customers of this treatment. Best of luck if you choose to do business with HQ!

I let Kyle know about both issues I am having and he did not respond on Facebook. So I texted his personal cell to let him know he responded saying he has been out of town for the holidays and he was just not caught up with messages (which is respectable since the holiday just passed) we talked over a time and a date for him to come over to my house again to fix the 2 issues which was a Saturday at 8am he never came or responded to any of my messages regarding where he was and if he was still coming. A week later he responded apologizing about last Saturday and how he had a emergency and how he can for sure come next Sunday so I agreed and Sunday comes and I get the confirmation he is coming and the time he was supposed to come he never came at. I texted him and called him asking if he was going to come which he never responded to any of them. The week goes on and I call and text him a couple of more times with still no answer. So I start to see the chain of events and accept that they will not be coming to fix my car even tho it clearly states that it is a lifetime warranty when booking with them. So if you like having peeling tint and air bubbles with poor communication book with HQ mobile detailing.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Concept Spa Coatings South Florida. I originally found…read morethe company via a referral for from the CeramicPro website. The owner, Eder Silva, was very responsive over email and text. After a few days of communication, we agreed on a fair price for the CeramicPro "Platinum Package" with lifetime warranty. Time - The process to ceramic coat a car apparently takes 3 full business days. I can see why - it is incredibly labor intensive due to the number of layers that are applied. Furthermore, the wheels are even removed from the vehicle so that the brake calipers are done with the same process. You can't rush perfection. Updates - Every day my car was at his shop, he took pictures and texted them to me. I saw the progression from start to finish and never had to worry how my 'baby' was doing. Price - Ceramic Spa Coatings is not cheap. However, they are not the most expensive company either. I ended up going with them due to their responsiveness and passion for what they do. The team there truly love cars. A True Perfectionist - After the team had applied a protective film to the hood of my car, the owner, Eder, informed me he was not happy with the result and re-did it at no cost to me. I did not even have to ask him to. Upsell - In addition to the coatings, he also offers a host of other services including protective film installation and window tinting. Both of which I opted for. They even do speaker and accessory installs. They are a one stop shop. Quality - When I purchased my car, I was able to pick it up directly from the factory and it looked good. When I picked up my car from Concept Spa , it looked even BETTER than when it did at the factory. The car now sparkles. Follow Up - About a week after all the work was done, Eder wanted me to bring the car in for the first complementary wash. This was also an opportunity for him to triple check all the work that was done and ensure I was happy with it all. NET/NET - I HIGHLY recommend Ceramic Spa Coatings. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for - an incredible looking vehicle that will be protected from the elements for years to come. I am so impressed that I am thinking of taking my wife's car and my motorcycle in to have the same work done. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

The outside was fully ceramic coated after minor paint correction was done. Clear vinyl wrapping was also applied to the front bumper & side skirts to protect and prevent road rash. Next was my white 2018 Audi A6 S-Line. First the paint was corrected to remove impurities. Then it was ceramic coated fully inside and out. Concept also repainted my calipers (red) and applied S-Line & Audi logos to them. Truly unique, giving the car nice contrast. Finally was my Midnight blue 2016 BMW 228i. First the front bumper was repainted as Concept felt paint correction wouldn't truly correct it as it had too much road rash due to years of driving. Then the entire car was ceramic coated. A clear vinyl bra was applied to the newly painted front bumper to ensure protection. Finally Eder from Concept used his expertise to make my car look brand new applying several different types of vinyl wraps inside and out. Carbon and satin black vinyl wraps were applied thoroughly and seamlessly to give my car an entirely new look. I'd almost say the car looks better now than it did when purchased new!
