I think Dr. Markel is a good physician and tried to do his best for me. However when you are unable to get an appointment for the appropriate care it's unreasonable to stay. When you call you will not get a human. You will leave a message and best of luck with getting a call back. Multiple attempts through messages and calls. When I did get a call back I was promised another call for an appointment and never received one. Went in for Botox and stated my appointment was canceled from the doctor and they tried calling me. I had already confirmed through the portal. No messages were left for me regarding cancellation. It was cancelled because proper staff did not send in prior authorization to the company that sends the Botox. And two months later it has now been approved and I let them know that I would rather not deal with CNI. I really expected more. The office manager should be held accountable. The doctor should also be accountable. Your patients time is just as valuable. read more

The doctors there are great BUT BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT PAYING YOUR COPAYMENTS! I paid mine not realizing that I had double coverage and when I questioned them about it they wrote me a check only for it to be returned and MY BANK ACCOUNT to be OVERDRAWN and it took go to get anyone to call me back and then they told me that the check CLEARED MY BANK! I worked on FINIANCE in A DOCTORS OFFICE for OVER 2O YEARS once your check bounced and yes it bounded or it was sent back to the maker it cannot clear into your account the very next day! I have turned the matter over to the BBB and if I have to I will get an attorney because they took money from my account and I want it back! read more

My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Manley to get an official diagnosis of narcolepsy and I'll have to say I wasn't upset when I was called less then 24 hrs prior to my appointment to be told they don't treat narcolepsy at this office. This was actually the 5th call in 2 days from that office and each time the receptionist asked me to tell her when she had me scheduled following her questioning herself multiple times why she called me. If this is what the doctors expect out of their employees, I would be surprised to see the type of service that they give you be anything more then crap. read more

Dr. Oztas, neurologist in this practice, has a referral sent from my primary care physician. He hops on the patient table in front of my service dog and myself and starts laughing at me. He asked me what I was even doing there?? Well, my last neurologist diagnosed me with Dysautonomia which is an inability to have stable vital signs, uncontrollable by the patient and worsening. He sent me away with no exam. read more

This is a great place for neurological help. Friendly staff, clinical staff professional and friendly, Doctors have good "bedside manners". Waiting area keptvat a nice temp with several patients and family members present. Parking is adequate and office easy to get to. The downside you ask: No WIFI for the waiting area. "He won't speak with you because you're not his patient" I paid $528 for an MRI that didn't reveal anything more than the X-ray, but is required to make appointment with a neurosurgeon. And then, my appointment is denied and nobody can tell me why. What the forking shirt-balls? BEFORE THAT -- Left message to make an appointment. Called again after they didn't return my call. Receptionist had to ask my name and birthdate three times. Set appointment for the 15th. Received a call on the 13th that my appointment was cancelled. Doctor may be okay -- never saw or spoke with him -- but if his choice of staff is any indication of his service, I wouldn't go to him. read more

Dr. Elliott Foster is by far the worst doctor. He does not care about his patients. Don't bother trying to explain anything and God forbid you question any medication he wants to give you. I've been seeing Dr Scott Markle (neurologist) for migraines since 2003, when his office was at Providence Hospital. Dr Markle and his nurses are very attentive and quick to respond to phone messages. The staff at CNI is friendly and helpful as well. read more

Dr. Foster insulted me for going to the hospital after having a seizure and numbness then tried to force me to take seizure medication when i have not been diagnosed and mocked me for not feeling comfortable taking it. read more

Not much help. Called in June to get appointment with Dr Tyler. Had records sent to them from prior surgery, received by CNI in the first week of June. Called every other Monday through June, July then every Monday in August, ok, records here, oh look we have a file!, oh it's in the scheduling pile. All this place cares about is your money. They are uncaring, have bad attitudes and they never return your phone call. They also never call to tell you your results. When I called to check they said I had to pay a copay to get my results whether or not there was an issue. They literally make you pay to come in for an appointment just to say everything is normal instead of telling you that over the phone. Do yourself a favor and find another practice! This is the worst experience of my life for a medical institution. I was there today)12/17/19) for MRI and Nerve and Muscle test because of numbness in my extremities. This is my second visit. The staff from the front desk to the nurses, technicians, to the MRI operator. Every single last one was rude, impatient, hurried me, and scowled. EVERY LAST ONE!! The only nice one was Dr. O. The place is old and looks dirty. I have never been treated so rude and unprofessionally in my entire life. Try to go elsewhere if possible. They need to fire their entire staff and start over, because this crew obviously doesn't think older people are worth their time. Awful place! read more

I was referred to Dr. Faircloth at CNI by my chiropractor because he wanted to work with someone that didn't suggest surgery as a first treatment. I had a ruptured disc over the Christmas holidays. I still had some foot drop from the pinched nerves. Dr. Faircloth checked me out, we tried a wait and see attitude, he explained everything. After month, with little improvement, he explained it would take time for the nerve to heal, he could do no more for me, and said continue chiropractic and physical therapy sessions. Fine, I did as instructed. I am now running out of covered chiropractic sessions with my insurance company. I contacted him to ask for a letter to go with my chiropractors request to the insurance company to get added covered sessions. Faircloth nurse informed me he "doesn't do that" at all. The more I think about it the madder I get. He can't do anything to help me, his own words. He said to keep doing what works and that would be the chiropractic sessions but he won't help there. So, I won't be returning to him at all....my opinion is if you aren't part of the solution, you're part of the problem. If you use them I hope they do more than they did for me which was nothing. read more

If the front desk staff is any indication of the patient care and surgery results I would receive from the doctors, I would say to run as fast as your legs can carry you in the opposite direction. To begin with, when calling to make a first time appointment with the highly recommended Dr. Hecker, I was repeatedly interrupted by the absolutely RUDE receptionist asking for standard, robotic information. Literally, I felt like I was talking to a cyborg. Next, don't expect to get in any time soon. A month and a half was the soonest I could be seen and only at the crack of dawn. I guess that might be a sign that this practice is in high demand and so I gave the benefit of the doubt because of this. Finally, this office needs to get it together with their phone system. When calling, there are 2 options given: Press 1 for the neurosurgeons or 2 for neurology doctors. Repeatedly when pressing 2 for Dr. Hecker, I got the msg "Your call can not be transferred." And that was it. No other options. So I finally called and immediately pressed 1 to get someone from neurosurgery who then put me on hold for several minutes when suddenly, I was disconnected. Finally, after several more tries I got the appt made. Several weeks later, after going to a chiropractor and making improvements on the pain I was dealing with, I decided to call CNI and cancel my appt. What do you know; same thing with the inept phone system and RUDE receptionist! When I got hung up on after waiting again, I called back and pressed 1 just to get a human on the phone so I could explain that I got hung up on and didn't want to risk it again so could she please just cancel my appt. But before I could even get half of that out, she cut me off and said, "What do you need regarding Dr. Hecker?" I said, "I need to cancel my appt." Still the same robotic droning.. "name? D.O.B.?, etc..." No apologies. Nothing. Finally, she asked the reason for my cancellation and I said (obviously angry with her ridiculous attitude at this point) it was because I had found another doctor. She then said in the most disgustingly, syrupy-sweet tone, "Ok precious!" Really? I said, "Excuse me. I am NOT your precious." Unreal. It is really unfortunate if Dr. Hecker is, in fact, as good of a doctor as I hear he is because I would never risk my time, money, or health for that matter on seeking care at this office based specifically on the treatment I received by their office staff and the sheer act of congress it takes to simply make or cancel an appt. read more

This is one of the worse medical institutions I have ever dealt with. They truly do not care about their patients. I arrived at my appointment apparently 5 minutes late although I thought I was 10 minutes early. They told me they canceled my appointment and had to reschedule for a month out due to my arrival. I asked if they could refill my prescription and they agreed. A week later I'm still waiting for a call back. No prescription! Walmart has also called them 4 times only to be hung-up on three of the four calls. Totally ridiculous!! read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I went for what was supposed to be an mri and instead was told what migraines were and what tremors were {don't know why} like I was stupid also was wrote a prescription. I honestly almost walked out bc he acted like I didn't know what the f a migraine is. I paid 110 the day of the visit. A month later he sends a bill stating my insurance and I owe 184. I called to ask and was told Dr Oztas charged the highest he could {level 5}. I'm not usually one to complain but when I asked what he did his notes "had great detail on explaining what migraines and tremors were and had to write a prescription and setup an mri" she stated. Now I set up that mri I could have explained to Dr Oztas what migraines and tremors are so didn't need that. Now I'm left with why would we pay 184 {highest amount possible} for a prescription I didn't even use. They WILL here from my insurance. Also, as a joke he was timed bc we waited a hour to see him and he spent 5 minutes with me I AM NOT EXAGGERATING. 2 more minutes than expected but honestly not worth a dime of my time because I actually wanted to just walk out instead!
