They picked up the Bike yesterday and I am a half hour away from the dealership so this is a significant gesture. I will update again once I have the motorcycle back I will make a final updated rating. I brought a 2006 Kawasaki 250 KLX in for new tires, plugs and an oil change. I was quoted $600 to $650. It seemed a bit steep but at $165 an hour labor charge the math seemed about right. I just got the bike back and now there is a fuel leak evidenced by the drips below the bike and the smell. In addition, there is a bolt that was left off and put in the saddle bag without informing me or any explanation. And to top it all off my total bill out the door was over $1022 after an estimate of 600 to $650. 57% over estimate seems like a problem to me.

On it in for a service and give you back one that barely runs now while taking zero accountability and tell you the issues are now above their capabilities to diagnose and repair. And refuse to assist with getting it repaired. They forgot to reconnect spark plugs, it won't idle and not running on all 6 cylinders now. Mechanic admitted that anything over a jet ski Is beyond their comprehension, and if he knew I was dropping it off, he would've told the advisor to stop me. 100% would not recommend

I find it quiet, comfortable, safe, and relaxing. No screaming kids, no loud music, no profanity, no misuse of their property. Wish all businesses were run this way.

However, on the two…read moreoccasions I went there, I noticed a little bald man with a pony tail (presumably the owner) walking around the place. Then, when I went out to my car to rearrange my front seat to get my laundry basket, the little man was standing right behind me, I mean like 2 inches behind me. Startled, he just stared at me and asked my "are you going to be using the facilities...Or just loiter about?" This all occurred in about 5 minutes of me parking. I said no, I'm drying my cloths...He walks away like he was the warden of a prison. I let it go, and thought nothing else about it. The second time, a week later, I returned. I put my cloths in the dryer, and left to go to the bank. When I returned about 25 minutes later, I began to walk to my passenger-side door to get my basket. I was moving things off the floor in order to put the full basket on the floor. No more than 3 minutes of doing this, guess who was standing right behind me? Yes, the little bald man with a pony tail. In a low, and quite threatening voice, he asked me if I was cleaning out my car... And you can't clean put your car on the property..." I then responded: "No, I'm just rearranging..." At this point he says "That's not what I'm asking you!" I finally said no, feeling as if I was going to be attacked, so I just left as fast as I could. OK, this may seem like a minor thing, and no big deal right? Almost all Americans are angry and mean to each other these days...Its just our thing. But on the first occasion I was there, minding my own business, I watched this little man walk around and stare at the customers, and not in a polite manner. This too is typical American behavior, but when I heard his talking to one of his friends, saying how much he hated "those fucking niggers in his place" the whole mean American attitude took on a darker feel. I'm not from "the south" so I'm not accustomed to hearing these things, at least no like this. And honestly, before this, I actually thought African Americans were exaggerating a bit. I resend this former error...They should be pissed off. In the end, I will never return to this place, and will advise anyone thinking of using it to rethink that choice. Even though the place is clean, and has about 50 cameras around the place, I never felt safe or wanted. And, even with the religious paraphernalia around the place, and even being adjoined to a church, there is no more God there then in a house of ill-repute. Bad experiences, and unprofessional behavior. When you can't simply do your laundry without feeling like you're in a prison camp, all tainted with cowardly racism, its best to go elsewhere. So much for Southern Hospitality...

(Jimmy's Marine supposedly filled the tank as an infinitive for buying however only 30% full and obviously old gas or something because water in fuel alarm.) Called and was told it was fine and to use the gas in it and add more and it should fix the problem. It did not. The screen spontaneously stopped working along with the tilt trim and depth finder. Took the boat back to Jimmy's and was charged $600 for supposedly the first service. This is after all the issues as well as the time they had to look into a so called brand new boat while on vacation. This place is pathetic I will NEVER do business with these people again. Stay away from this place, nicest people ever until we actually purchased this boat and now they don't know you or care anything about you.

The boat was running great and it was Jimmy's marine that did the last tune up. I took the boat directly to Jimmy's marine and left it for about a week. They did the tune up and replaced a throttle and shift cable. When I put it back in the water it was running very ruff and I couldn't get started one time. I let them know and they told me to bring it back in. When I went to pick it up they handed me a bill for $300.00. Boat was fine when I brought it in and not right after they gave it back to me. He said that they didn't damage the part and refused to do anything about it. Now I need to sue the company to get my money back.

Called the broker at BB and said we wanted to put in an offer at asking price. Because of work situation I did not know if I would be able to come see it and asked about having a professional come survey it. Broker actually scoffed as if that is something that never happens, and tells me we can't see/survey the boat until we have a contract. So I put in the offer, wire the deposit to escrow, tentatively arrange for time off work, and wait. I finally prompted him on the last day of offer period and he tells me that the owner does not want to sell it to me, even at asking price, because I have not seen the boat....HUH? So I cant see the boat until we have a contract, but can't get a contract at asking price because I have not seen the boat......go figure THAT one out. What a barrel of monkeys. A good broker would have explained to his seller that a long distance purchase with a professional survey is not an uncommon practice, but this guy acted like he just did not want to sell me the boat. Again, asking price and cash buy
