I'm sure there isn't a more HONEST and trusting cart company around. I trust whatever Matt says and steers me towards. We recently had our motor burn up past rebuilding, and we brought it to the beach with us for spring break, and Matt was able to get it back to me the same day with a new motor. Had his guy drop it off at our beach house, which saved a trip and time away from the beach. I don't know how prices compare to others; frankly, I don't care. I am in business for myself, and I NEVER want to deal with the cheapest company, as that is what you will receive for service also. Service is #1 in everything! Excellent Customer Service has become a distant memory for the everyday business. The great ones thrive in customer service, making the clients feel appreciated. Keep it up, Matt and Danielle! We walked in knowing little about golf carts and, within 30 minutes, we dropped a deposit on the perfect cart for us!!! They delivered the cart fully upgraded within 48 hours and we just love it! We had a minor issue with it and they had Mike (a great guy) immediately come pick it up, bring it to the shop (where the service was quickly completed), and brought it back to us in less than 90 minutes! Have been very disappointed the last several times I had to have my golf cart serviced at ABW in Surfside. Purchased golf cart in October 2018 and have had it serviced there several times. 8 new batteries were purchased in May 2022 but their pricing was not competitive so I purchased batteries from a competitor which Matt knew about and ABW's pricing was approximately $400 more than competitor for new batteries. Motor was rebuilt in June 2022. Many other issues but the final straw was earlier this month when I contacted them about my golf cart breaking down in my neighborhood and was told by Danielle they didn't have any room available and I would have to wait 8 days to have it towed to them. Again I contacted a competitor and they picked it up same day! It was looked at by 2 different competitors and both agreed motor needed to be replaced!! So again i had to have golf cart towed to them (another charge) but it was apparent they didn't want to hear my complaint/concerns and Danielle stated maybe I should go elsewhere. So that's exactly what I did even though the rebuild my still have been under warranty but at that point they didn't look at it because I informed them this has already cost me lots of time and money and they would charge again for diagnostic. WOW!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Is all I can say! I bought a used custom golf cart (2014) at the beginning of June and it has been awesome! Until yesterday..... I went to back it out of the garage and it didn't move..... just made a hi pitched squeal noise in both reverse and forward. So this morning I called them.... told him the problem... and they were here to pick it up not even an hour later!!! Awesome!! Then to top it off they just dropped it off to me!! No charge.....and I didn't even have to go pick it up!! I shopped around for a couple weeks ......buying a golf cart is a big purchase and I wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal.
