And she won't say it calmly, she literally just yelled at me. Who yells at their customers??? And this came after she sent a random person to "train" at my house without asking me if it was okay. Or even giving me a heads up. I don't know about anyone else but I am a private person and I am not comfortable with people I don't know just showing up. Don't get me wrong... I LOVE the first person she had cleaning for me but I won't pay my hard-earned money to be spoken to like that. Not worth it. This was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience.
