I would agree wholeheartedly with the other 5 star reviews. We replaced all the windows, the screen door and two sliding patio doors in our condo. The price was excellent, the quality of the product outstanding and all the folks involved from Paul, to Jennifer, to Brent and Austin who did the flawless installation, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great product, great price and fast and highly professional service. They show up on time and go beyond to make sure everything is done right, including installing our new window blinds which we had previously bought elsewhere. Just a great, local business. Family-owned. Though we live in Portland, Coastal was our choice to replace the windows in our historic district home - a complicated job that involved matching some very old windows and meeting stringent requirements. Service was at least as fast, if not faster, than Portland-based suppliers, and the end results were way better than what we might have gotten at a big box store. Very happy with Coastal. read more

Used them several times over the past few years and each time I am reminded how great it is to do business with a local company rather than a big box store. I had several problem windows - a dual pane to replace, a rock through a old single pane, needed a piece to go on a table, a seal problem on an old Anderson. I went in with all my measurements and pictures on my iPhone trying to figure it all out and they simply said, "let us come down no charge.". Ron came down measured, answered a million questions, left and called back with a very reasonable estimate. Within a couple of days had the materials, came back and had it all installed in less than an hour. This is the way it should be. However, it rarely is in this day and age. read more

Coastal Glass did a great job on some repairs we needed. They fixed a window screen and door screen plus cut a round piece of glass for a clock face. Very happy! read more

I can't speak highly enough of the folks at Coastal Glass & Window! The back window of my car was shattered in the middle of an awful afternoon rain storm. They got my car right in and had it finished before 10am the next morning! Not only did they do a wonderful job on my new window, Jennifer even drove me to the car rental shop and back again the next day. They went above and beyond.
