We came home and had no toilet or shower. We called and they said it was an emergency, the shower was leaking and the neighbors had complained. Weeks went by and we complained over and over again. We finally stopped paying rent and told them we were holding it until we had a shower and toilet again. They evicted us, served us with court eviction that did NOT include an "Answer" page, thus we lost, becasue we never filed an answer. How could we, we never got the form that said anything but show up in court. We eventually moved, still no toilet or shower. Lil was no better than a slumlord, he son was a thief and I still consider Dolphin Realty, Lil, her hubby and her son dishonest, to say the least.
