When I asked her how she keeps such good energy levels she told me she is a mother and her kids have trained her with superpowers. If I owned a bank id be trying to poach Sam from this branch. I bet Wells Fargo gets cheap rent there and that's why they can afford to keep employees so happy.

I am confident in her abilities and will always go to her for my banking. I don't feel that second guessing feeling in the back of my head. I met with micheal L the business banker and I couldn't be more impressed by his abilities. He fixed my business account with no hassle. He didn't ask me 50 self explanatory questions and understood what I was say the first time around. Other bankers I've been to in Lynnwood do not. There's nothing more annoying than someone messing up my finances, So I drive weekly from Alderwood US bank to this Hewitt Everett branch to get my banking done correctly. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Depositing in person is fast and easy, the tellers are quick, and there is also a drive up ATM for withdrawing or Depositing after business hours. Waiting area is well furnished, and very clean. I've always banked with local banks and Washington Federal really does raise the bar! 2 thumbs up and Kevin approved.

FIVE STAR BANKING…read more 5/5 Stars I seriously love coming to this bank. The workers here are amazing and so is the Branch Manager, Toni Nicholas. Heritage Bank is the first bank that I approached in Washington to open an account. I recently moved here and I wanted a local bank. My friend and I called in an hour before closing and the branch manager told us to come down and she would assist us. Not only did she help us with an auto loan and opening up checking accounts. She even extended her hands out to help us both find jobs. What an amazing person. Toni was such a blessing for us and she is just the most awesome person I've met with. She has been helping me via email, phone calls and in-bank meetings to help me with my banking and job hunt. As for the bank, they have amazing accommodations and ATMs everywhere with no fees. Best bank I found here and I'm a very satisfied member! I wools recommend this bank to anyone looking for a PNW bank.
