The owner is also very nice. Located in a strip-mall with a yogurt shop, Subway store, Radio Shack, GNC, CVS, the Grocery Outlet, and the Dollar Tree, Burger King, and several restaurants nearby, customers can do some shopping while their laundry is being done. Parking is pretty good depending on the time and amount of patrons at any given time. The shopping center itself has plenty of parking spaces, nevertheless. There are also carts that can be taken outside of the facility for loading your laundry to and from your car. My wash always comes out clean and the prices seem reasonable for front-load washers. The dryers are large and can handle big loads of clothes at a reasonable price. This is my favorite laundromat in SLO county and the only one I use.

Out of courtesy I checked in with the lady that was working just to let her know that I had blankets and it would be a quick wash and dry. I was denied service stating, "we are closed, last load is at 730pm". If you chose not to allow customers to use your services past 730pm, than anyone with any common sense would know that the hours are 7am-730pm. The lady working there wasn't rude, but very matter of fact and concrete. If you choose to work in customer service, you should be a bit more flexible. Very disappointing!! The fact that the owner responded in a timely manner speaks volumes therefore I've changed my rating of this business. Thank you for your attention in this matter, much appreciated!

It's clean enough, but sometimes the floors are full of leaves. There is management onsite sometimes, so they stay on top of machines that are out of order. You can get change here and pay with coins, or use their app, accessible by QR code to pay with your phone. On this day, the QR code wouldn't load for me and I tried several machines. Luckily I had cash. It's not cheap here, but I like the huge machines that get clothes done fast. I can be in & out in about an hour, so laundry is no longer an all day chore. It would be nice to have more places to fold, but I'm not sure where they might fit. They also offer laundering services where they do your laundry. I didn't try those. I was here midday on a Friday, and it was busy but not packed. I was glad there were no children, and other folks were polite and friendly.

She went out of her way to explain all the different sizes of machines and recommended which one I needed for my son's clothes. I was so impressed with her eagerness to accommodate me. You'll find that it's much busier than before now that it's improved. Also, the students come here because apparently the laundromat on Broad that many of them used closed down. If you're going to come on the weekends, you better get here early or you'll be fighting to get your laundry in!!! If you can, do your laundry during the week. It's less busy. Oh and the coin machines work. There are signs posted on them (which from afar you'd think is an out of order sign) but it's actually a warning that if you're not there to do laundry and you try to skim quarters... they will call the police.
