The owner is also very nice. Located in a strip-mall with a yogurt shop, Subway store, Radio Shack, GNC, CVS, the Grocery Outlet, and the Dollar Tree, Burger King, and several restaurants nearby, customers can do some shopping while their laundry is being done. Parking is pretty good depending on the time and amount of patrons at any given time. The shopping center itself has plenty of parking spaces, nevertheless. There are also carts that can be taken outside of the facility for loading your laundry to and from your car. My wash always comes out clean and the prices seem reasonable for front-load washers. The dryers are large and can handle big loads of clothes at a reasonable price. This is my favorite laundromat in SLO county and the only one I use.

Luckily I had cash. It's not cheap here, but I like the huge machines that get clothes done fast. I can be in & out in about an hour, so laundry is no longer an all day chore. It would be nice to have more places to fold, but I'm not sure where they might fit. They also offer laundering services where they do your laundry. I didn't try those. I was heading back to my place after running around all morning and wanted to call to see if it was ready to save me another trip. When you call the main number, you have to speak your name so the call can be forwarded. This confused me the first two times, but finally I did it and held on. I was connected to the owner who was very nice and helpful. The number doesn't ring to the building. Fortunately he was on his way to the SLO location and said he would check when he got there. I was very close so decided to just go and only had to wait about 5 mins and it was ready. Lady who does it was very helpful and nice. They don't accept Apply Pay, but you can pay for the machines via an app if you are savvy with them. There are also machines to get money if not. It was wonderful to come home and get in dryer-warmed sweats to relax, not to mention having clean clothes for the rest of the trip. A good value, great service and easy parking in their lot.

Simple number decals wouldn't cost much to add. Agree it would be helpful to have signs indicating how much time you get for a quarter on the dryers. I put in 2 quarters, came back to still damp clothes but 1 more took care of them. Start small, I'd say. You need quarters and you can either bring them or get them from the change machine.
