Once again, the car wash malfunctioned. I called the 1-800 number again and spoke to Linda. She was rude and blamed the malfunction on the position of my car. I stated that could in no way be true because the employee that happened to be there was right behind me and witnessed the entire event. The interior was cleaned to perfection as it is done by the hard working guys on the end of the line.............but if there was any soap to wash outside of car it was mixed 99% water as the exterior of car was filthy. I asked for manager to show him that even the bee poop as I call it which will wash off with soap was still all over car. He did not seem to care and told me new owners, new detergent, etc and I would need to get it washed elsewhere. I told him he has lost a customer said " OK with him ".
