If you know what a real Belgian waffle is, you would be disappointed as well getting a regular waffle that's just fluffier than normal. I dislike when restaurants do this - these are not Belgian waffles. The only redeeming quality is that they serve the dish with strawberry butter. Sounds weird but the taste was excellent. Lots of micro greens and a poached egg that was cooked very well. The avocado was not as heavy as you would think for an avocado toast though.
