Amanda did my perm, and the result was nothing like what I asked for. Instead of defined, intentional curls, my hair was left with uneven, messy waviness that honestly looked half done. What made it even more frustrating was that when she finished, she said, "It looks so natural!" That was literally the opposite of what I had asked for. It looked worse than my actual natural hair, except now I was stuck with it because it was chemically permed. I completed their survey afterward and submitted a complaint explaining how unhappy I was with the service and the result. I never heard a single thing from management or the owners. No attempt to address the situation, no follow-up, nothing. If a salon tells you they can achieve a specific perm style, you should be able to trust that they actually understand what you're asking for before permanently altering your hair. I would not risk getting a perm here, especially if you want a specific curl pattern or polished look.

She said, "call and ask for Trey or Anna! They're great". She was right! I went for a pedi, a fill and a repair of 2 broken nails. I got Anna. She did both the mani and the hands. Amazing. She did not hurt my toes. The bowl had the plastic liner. The utensils were sterilized or new. The polish looks great. Then, she did the repair, fill, shape and polish on my fingernails. All I can say is Wow! They're perfect. Thin. A dainty, tapered shortish square coffin shape. They are flawless. Just lovely. So, if you want junky nails? Go somewhere else. I know my feet aren't exactly what you'd call "cute"--more like hobbit feet if I'm being honest--but that doesn't mean they needed to paint my toes like they were blindfolded in an art class. There was polish all over my toes, half of my skin, and yet somehow, parts of my actual toenails were left completely unpainted. It cost me $95 for an adult and child pedicure, plus tip, and if you can believe it, I left with my feet looking worse than when I walked in. Yes, worse! If you're into abstract art, maybe you'd appreciate it, but if you're looking for a decent pedicure, you might want to keep searching.
