Our contract stated that our costs would be as follows: $210 a month for large container haul charge plus $40 per ton for disposal charges. Rates have increased significantly and we are now at $255 a month for large container haul charge plus almost $50 per ton for disposal charges. A minimum of $150 is charged on the months we do not request disposal, so regardless, they get their money!! They call it a "minimum lift fee". We also had a charge of $241.02 for a "service attempt" but the came a day earlier than we scheduled it so it was blocked by other vehicles; we disputed this charge and were given a credit, but still, most people just pay their bill without inspecting the charges and I found it very sneaky of them. All of the increases and extra charges were made under the radar with no notice in writing, no email to us, nothing... and we are STUCK in a contract with our hands tied...so sure, use this company if you want to work with an untrustworthy company that attempts to nickel and dime you on just about every single invoice.
