We tried our very best to work with this customer. Latham liner rep went to his house and determined that the liner defects were due to homeowners negligence with chemical imbalance and a phenomenon called "pH wrinkles". The liner was installed properly and we don't get final balance until after installation. We offered the customer a discounted rate to replace the liner but he declined.

Took them to court, lost in the hearing because a miss sized liner was a manufacturing issue. So we went to check it out and take measurements and pics. I uploaded the pics and filled out the form on the website on Saturday afternoon. Sunday evening got a call that they had an opening for mid-day Monday. Monday they arrived when they said they would. Drained and disconnected the tub, loaded it up and delivered to our house. I didn't want to pay him until I could figure out the pricing to fix everything HE broken, but he threatened to take me to court. Avoid this scam and unprofessional/lazy organization!!! I wish I knew this before I paid $2000 for permanent damages and a bad pool liner installation. The pool liner doesn't even fit right and there are multiple wrinkles and openings all over my pool.

Every time we contacted him we either go no answer or he was busy.Look I get it this is a busy time for installers I told him that! Plus we were involved in a large project installing an elevator since I am partially disabled.So here it is June 30th and he says he will be out at 10am .My husband and I are both down stairs waiting for him to come .10:30 rolls around and he's not here.Hubby messages him asks if he's comming he says I was there knocked on the door twice no answer so I left.I HAVE A DOORBELL RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOOR!
