My heart breaks for the employees who never received their paychecks or W2 forms. Times are hard Greenville Pool & Supply company & the fact you hurt your employees is disgusting. We tried our very best to work with this customer. Latham liner rep went to his house and determined that the liner defects were due to homeowners negligence with chemical imbalance and a phenomenon called "pH wrinkles". The liner was installed properly and we don't get final balance until after installation. We offered the customer a discounted rate to replace the liner but he declined.

So we went to check it out and take measurements and pics. I uploaded the pics and filled out the form on the website on Saturday afternoon. Sunday evening got a call that they had an opening for mid-day Monday. Monday they arrived when they said they would. Drained and disconnected the tub, loaded it up and delivered to our house.
