    From start to finish I was lied to. I was told I needed the contents of my well house replaced pump…read morepipes pressure tank wires ECT. They charged me for that but they tried reusing old parts and passing off as new after terrorizing me blasting pressurized air through my faucets that they left open as well as my main line while they "primed the pump." Been left with a short cycling pump and and undersized tank ever since. Total horror show.

As the ad reads: For just $69, NuBlue will send one of our local HVAC pros to your home to give your system a comprehensive tune-up designed to beat the Eastern Carolina heat: Refrigerant Check: We make sure your system has the right charge to cool efficiently without wasting energy. Coil Cleaning: Dirt and pollen from spring can clog your outdoor coils. We'll clean them to restore airflow and help your system "breathe" better--lowering your energy bills and improving comfort. Full Visual Inspection: Our technician checks your AC's key components to catch small problems before they turn into breakdowns during a heat wave. I didn't see anything about gauges being examined to check refrigerant levels. The component check was questionable. As for the coil cleaning, well, when it was finished I was asked to turn the unit on from the thermostat inside. When I returned outside, the technician said he smelled something and saw smoke from the cooling fan. So he called for back-up from a fellow technician who said that I needed a new fan motor. The estimated cost for this was $600. It does seem suspiciously odd that we had not had any problems with the unit until the NuBlue technician pulled the cooling fan motor out of the unit to clean up excessive water at the bottom of the pan, and when he put it back in place the unit suddenly became inoperable.
