We own a travel trailer and a 5th wheel, but our tow vehicle was out of commission. Despite this setback, we had a camping trip planned with a few other families. We reached out to JaeBug Trailer Rentals and received a response immediately. Booking was super easy; they were incredibly accommodating, especially since we had many moving parts and I can be a bit high-maintenance when coordinating these types of things with other families. We rented the 36' Genesis Supreme toy hauler, which was in pristine condition! Even though we brought everything from our travel trailer, they provided all the necessities and even had the beds made up. It literally came with everything you would need as a starting point. Where we were camping, it was HOT (high 90s to the 100s) during the day, and the A/C was amazing! The "master" bedroom had a REAL mattress; it was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. Not only was the trailer itself fantastic, but the customer service was also exceptional. The team at JaeBug Trailer Rentals was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect trip. They even provided thoughtful touches like extra blankets and kitchen supplies, making us feel right at home. The process was so easy, I'm seriously considering never taking our trailers out again, selling them, and just using JaeBug Trailer Rentals for all our future trips. Their prices are reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the units and the outstanding service. I can't wait to rent from them again, even though we have our own trailers. Thank you, JaeBug Trailer Rentals, for making our trip unforgettable!

I was in and out in less than five minutes. The bad Takeaway is that it was a brand new chainsaw, and it was giving me more problems than any other equipment I've ever rented. I took the chainsaw back and they said that they said it was flooded with fuel. They blew all the fuel out. Fixed it up and gave it back to me. I went home and it continued to have the same issues. I eventually got it to work but boy oh boy, was it a hassle. The next day, I returned the chainsaw and he was very kind to void all charges of the rental. He didn't have to do that because I was still able to use it for what I needed. I would recommend this place because the customer service was spot on.

We really wanted to love this RV resort because of its proximity to so much, including our home…read more. but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. The pool area is on the smaller side, but the loungers were nice and comfortable and there were plenty of umbrellas, which made it easy to find shade during the day. As an avid camping family with four kids, we were surprised that the clubhouse was completely empty. No games, no books, no TVs, no activities, just an empty locker room. Part of the fun of RV resorts is having spaces where families can gather, especially during downtime, so that was a bit disappointing. We booked one of the Chairman sites, which includes a fire pit and BBQ. The setup itself is a great idea, but when we arrived, the site was covered with busted water balloons and other debris. We spent time cleaning it up ourselves, figuring it was just an oversight. Unfortunately, while cleaning, we also found broken glass around the BBQ area. Despite our efforts, one of our children ended up stepping on a piece of glass. We immediately let the front desk know and asked if someone could come clean the area properly. Unfortunately, no one ever came. We had originally planned to extend our stay, but after that experience, we decided not to. I don't write reviews lightly, and this one is honestly disappointing to leave because the resort has a lot of potential. With better attention to cleanliness, safety, and a little more effort put into creating a family friendly atmosphere, this place could be a fantastic destination. I genuinely hope they make those improvements because we'd love to give it another chance someday.
