We rented some paddle boards in Beverly and had a blast on the ocean. Boards were nice and in great condition. It was choppy when we first went out, so we stayed on our knees for a bit. We were able to paddle to a couple beaches and even across to Salem, where we stopped for a popcorn break. It was a rush crossing the boat channel and I am very food motivated, so that was a fun adventure. Wind mellowed out in our second hour, so we were able to stand and enjoy the views more. Aaron was really great - very down to earth, helpful, and attentive. We will definitely rent again from Coast to Coast! read more

Great staff and experience! We took out tandem kayaks, all in great condition and had a blast!

Had an amazing 2 hour paddle. Helpful staff and a relaxed, "low key" vibe. Would repeat.

Can't say enough about CTC! I took lessons from Aaron who got me up on the board in no time! Since then, I've rented from them, introduced many friends, and gone on several guided paddles. Ashley and Aaron are the best! read more

Had a blast from two lessons with Aaron learning to Kayak. One of the sessions was the rescue clinic -learning to get myself or another back in a kayak while in the water. Paddle & Pints I thoroughly enjoyed a group paddle last week that Aaron led from Independence Park. He is so knowledgeable of paddling technique, tides, winds, water safety rules that I learn something new every time I am on the water with him! Great group session on a beautiful Summer evening, made some new friends and enjoyed our time together at the local brewery after the paddle. Thank you Aaron & Coast to Coast for a tremendous experience! I am looking forward to the next event. read more

Kudos to owner Aaron and worker Jenna. I had never been kayaking before and went out on Sunday September 1st. The current and the tide was working against us and I was traveling in circles! Many thanks to my new friend Dottie who towed me to shore. Jenna, went to look for us when she found us heading to the beach she alerted Aaron the owner. He met us at the beach. Thank you for coming to our aid so quickly! Great teamwork. Joyce Greer read more

Cynthia did a great job of taking us through a yoga practice that was suitable for all levels and showing modifications for people in our group with injuries. We all said we wanted to do it again soon! I highly recommend doing this class! read more

My girlfriend is an avid surfer and has been learning stand-up paddleboarding (renting from local places with plan to buy) and I've been kayaking for years and similarly wanting to get further into it and buy my own. (we recently moved to the North Shore from Boston) So, stopped in and the shop is pretty simply set up. They have a number of paddleboards along the walls and kayaks set up on the floor. We ended up chatting with the owner, who was a really nice guy. We talked about places to surf, paddleboard, and kayak around the north shore. We talked about what to look for when thinking about buying both. Set up a time to kayak (they leave from Independence Park in Beverly, not far away) and he was there with the kayaks early. He was early to pick us up. Prices were totally on par with the local places (Salem, Manchester, Swampscott). The kayaks had no problems and he spent time going over safety stuff and how to use them. Independence park was a nice little park with beach. We spent 2 hours kayaking along the coast, realizing that Beverly is full of little parks with little beaches. It was quite nice. The boaters were all friendly. Also the bay was full of other kayakers and paddleboarders (it was a beautiful Sunday afternoon). We really liked the company, the owner, the area, and plan to go back. read more

Emailed the company on a Sunday about a Monday one hour kayak rental. Responded within a few hours and the plans were made. I enjoyed a one hour solo kayak ride around independence park and Dane street beach in Beverly on a September afternoon. Very excited to kayak again soon. Aaron was so helpful and friendly. read more

Went out last weekend in a group of 7 women. We had a blast! We reserved the kayaks ahead of time and they were right on the beach waiting for us. We rented two kayaks over Memorial Day weekend at the Salem Willows. It was half priced, which brought it to $10 an hour per person. We just signed a waiver and were sent off! What more can you ask from a company? I wouldn't pay full price of $20 an hour, but will keep an eye out for more deals. read more
